I use Ägile Ässets for building my personal brand, mostly on Linkedin. Before using it, it had been hard for me to prepare properly and post regularly. With Ägile Ässets I have now a great solution for that. The set-up took only minutes (connect account, set up a calendar, create first posts). You can preschedule or publish in the moment and rearrange according to trending topics. It's so easy and fun - I am actually running out of excuses why not to post! I have also tried using the language versions for posts, as well as the calendar mapping. As I post in German and English, this is a great feature and intuitive to use (I love, that you can even set the graphic to a language version!). Will experiment more with that.  At first, the onboarding info still needed a bit of tweaking, but the Ägile Ässets team is always happy to help. Now, one gets sent a 7-days series of bite-sized introduction emails, and there are also nice Youtube tutorials for more info. Overall, I rate it a great addition to my digital workplace. Ägile Ässets is very hands-on. If you want to ease your process of creating and posting content independent of the channel, this is a tool you definitely should use. Though it is not my use case, ÄÄ is probably also great for social media managers and agencies.

Biggest Impact Before this software, I manually posted 200 reels and 100 posts on IG, which was time-consuming and distracted me from running my business. Agile Assets solved this problem quickly through calendars and hashtag features. I am two weeks ahead and have time to plan for newer campaigns and offerings.

I have literally not posted for almost TWO years due to the VERY problem this software has fixed! I've become more granular about my SM strategy focusing on Pillars (kinda just learned what that meant), Campaigns, Giving Value, Posting Sale Products, etc and I was just STUCK at knowing where to start because I needed to be able to visualize, move stuff around and think it through. I needed something with a FULL IMAGE so I could SEE what I was saying....ended up buying Trello but due to having so many brands, I could only afford to SEE one brand. Didn't want to pay monthly for Planily, Later, etc....and just felt STUCK then I stumbled on this amazing software! PROS: - You can upload VIDEOS (not sure the file size...I added a few with no problem so far). - It sinks right into your Canva account - keep yo stuff in project folders and BAM! - Built into the software the ability to run campaigns, give-aways, contests, X-mas specials, you name it! - Pre-write captions, tags. - Built in Hash-tag finder. - MULTI-BRAND FOLKS: Make a BRAND NEW calendar for EACH brand....YES...if you have a gazillion brands then make a gazillion calendars. - You can post DIRECTLY to Tiktok/YouTube/LinkedIN (in addition to the normal FB, IG) which is awesome as some platforms don't have that ability. Looks like you can't post to Twitter but for me....so what. CON: Right now I'm writing it as a 'kinda con' as I sent a question waiting on reply. NO CONTENT BANK. So I still have to store my assets in either Google Drive/Notion, etc then download to One Drive (No Google Drive Integration) then post. RECOMMENDATIONS: Integration with Google Drive, Notion, Trello, DropBox if no intentions of building in a content bank for storage. SMMA PRO: You can download and share the calendar with your client to get real-time feed back! CONCLUSION: If you have multiple SOCIAL MEDIA accounts that you post to on a regular basis and you'd like to incorporate videos, carrousels, stories, posts, etc....and manage ALL of your accounts in ONE compact location and want a VERY INEXPENSIVE software that you ONLY have to pay ONE TIME....just push "Buy Now"...You're Welcome:) FIVE THOUSAND TACOS!!!

Finally an app where I can connect all my socials, have an overview of all of them all at once, and plan for it all together. The tech is easy to understand (plus I love a good design, and I feel like the app is just so aesthetically pleasing that it's a pleasure to work in), and the team support is really really good. I had an issue in the beginning and I immediately got personal, kind, and helpful support. They stayed with me on the issue until it got fixed. It was exactly the tool I needed and I'm really happy with it.

Handling social media for our academy is a fun job, but it can get incredibly complex once you want to think more about 'omni channel' and 'be where your customers are'. That is why we love having found Ägile Ässets. It makes it super easy for us to turn our content strategy into campaigns and content pillars, draft a storyline of draft post ideas to fill in with the done layouts later and then spread them across the channels as we see fit. We can set up the structure very much as we want through calendars and tags; we love that we can easily find posts to repurpose. We can even create versions of the same post per platform and have them mapped accordingly (a huge time saver!). If something new comes up, it is super easy to adapt the scheduled posts. Many clever tweaks are built in, such as the bulk up- and download, adding hashtags, etc. It makes consistency and staying on brand so much easier (check out the brand overview). It saves us a lot of time and nerves and gives us much more space to look into creative and communicative quality.

I really love this tool and it does everything it says it will. It is very intuitive and the calendar interface is great for planning, scheduling and moving things around. My one question to clarify something through the support team was answered in depth with a video and very promptly. It's enabled me to schedule all my social media through to mid-January YAY. I love that if I add any special campaign content, then I can just drag and drop my other content to another day. Five tacos for sure xo

Agile Assets is a very handy tool that was quite easy to pick up and run with. I found it easy to connect a bunch of social accounts and get started with posting. The terms are generous and the calendar system is easy to use. It would be nice to have some additional per-calendar features such as a standard set of hashtags defined per channel that could be used automatically. There are a couple of minor quirks here and there, such as the way that hashtags are inserted into posts (I was getting some extra spaces inserted before the hashtags). Kristin is responsive in providing personal replies to emails and is lovely to deal with. Overall, I'd certainly recommend Agile Assets as being a great tool and a bargain to boot!

I am a beginner in content planning, and what I was always missing in the training courses on the subject was a tool for efficient and effective content planning. It was tedious for me to use the various platforms individually. This has changed with ÄÄ: one post, spread across many channels. Planning via the various calendars is great. I really like the design overview: does my feed look harmonious? Very helpful for me as a marketing newbie. The ÄÄ team personally took the time to answer my questions - thank you for that too. I'm not quite ready to use the full scope yet, but I'm working my way forward bit by bit because the tool is really intuitive to use. Summary: I'm delighted, the tool is a real help to me!

AA is underrated and I wonder why! Great team as well. AA is a beast in how it helps make content idea comes together and scheduling at when due. I love it! One of the things I look forward to in the nearest updates 1.Brand Check improvement :Ability to preview draft contents in the AA feed preview and see how the overall post on my instagram account, I can only preview new content created inside AA.

AgileAssets lets me plan out my social media posts for months in advance – or even longer if needed! This saves me a ton of time and keeps my content calendar running smoothly. Overall, I can't recommend AgileAssets enough. It's a powerful, user-friendly platform that makes social media scheduling a breeze. Plus, the top-notch customer support is the icing on the cake!

I’m an author running multiple brands (pen names) and this app is absolutely perfect for creatives and solo entrepreneurs. Perfect. Why? - It is designed with a logical workflow in mind (draft, add image, add hashtags, refine caption, schedule/post) - It integrates with Canva better than any other scheduler I’ve seen (and I’ve tried LOTS) with a way to directly batch download - It works with TikTok and Pinterest as well as the usual suspects - The AI post tool isn’t skeezy copybot sounding, it’s actually helpful. - On this deal you can add multiple accounts - They encourage a cohesive brand messaging (there’s a great visual tool to see all your posts in one place) - You can have calendars based on whatever you want, not just per platform - You can assign brand pillars - The interface is easy to use Honestly? There’s so much good here I am blown away. I’ve tried Later, Buffer, SocialBee and more. AgileAssets does what they do, just better in my opinion. If you’re a brand-focused entrepreneur, get it.

I'm laughing because I just saw the review telling (not even kindly suggesting but pretty much demanding) that AA change their branding. The branding is what drew me in. And it is what makes me actually feel good while I am in there planning out my content. Other social media scheduling tools made me feel squirrelly and hate the entire process. There was a disconnect between me/my brand and the space I was in when scheduling social media. AA brings everything together. Besides the looks, you can tell that AA was well thought out by someone who is actually using the tools. It's wonderful for staying on brand and cohesive. The onboarding was easy peasy, and the welcome email sequence was a wonderful walkthrough of the system. Zero overwhelm and immediately put to use with no issues. And to stress again: if you absolutely love a cold, corporate feel, AA is not for you. From the fun branding and the personalized emails from Kristin to actually giving a flip about connecting with their customers, AA has created a wonderful space for entrepreneurs.

Bought this tool yesterday and played with it. It's very intuitive and it seems it will make my life easier with regards to scheduling so that I can concentrate on creating the content. My workflow is a little different and some of the features are missing currently (from my workflow) which are not show stoppers btw. Today I had a call with Mahmud. He understood those requirements and said that they could be implemented in the near future. I am happy with the purchase as the team is just a ping away in the chat and the tool works as expected. What can I expect more apart from these two :) I am happy that I am one of those early adopters. If any of those who bought the tool but didn't schedule the call please do so to share your input :)

Playing with the application for several days now and understanding the way of working better. Have to admit that I don't have personal experience with competitor products. ÄÄ is quite intuitive to use. The support team is really responsive and admitting to bugs openly. Improvement suggestions are collected and there are a few features that could make ÄÄ more easy to use. Personally, I would like to see some workflow to be named differently, or additional options to categorize posts. What I find positive is that the tool was developed by an advertising agency to handle their own customer projects. So, chances are higher to see the application evolving in the long run. Features are what one would expect from a social media management tool: creating, handling, and storing several brands, languages, and versions of social media posts. Possibility to implement content strategies and campaigns for easier allocation. Integration with relevant social media platforms. I only can chime in and give "just another" 5* taco review here.

I purchased this since it seemed similar to SocialBee that I got to try on an Appsumo deal. (which I loved but was out of my price structure after the 365 day deal ended). I am SO PLEASED!! I was up and running with a workshop campaign that same evening. Loved the dashboard, large visuals, the calendar planning and scheduling. Agile Assets made it so easy to connect with Canva and create or import my own images. The learning curve has been minimal, just like their interface. I LOVED the onboarding 5 day emails. As a little fish trying to get consistent with posting this app made it so easy. I have not played around with Magic Ed yet since I had a singular focus but that is next. Recommended to a friend and sent them the Youtube intro and they bought it too.

On the whole I love this it's promising. Years ago I used Hootsuite but it became too expensive, now I'm on my next business and across so many channels with assets, and juggling multiple balls it is a game changer for me for consistency, campaign management, less work, re-use you name it. There are a few glitches so videos and gif are still static in Facebook but not in LinkedIn, but that said the response and service has been 5 stars and they are resolving. There is real passion and an understanding of social, the future and how having independence from social platforms incase X/Twitter blows up over night. I highly recommend it and I fingers crossed they fix the little bugs.

I have been using Agile Assets to create, manage and schedule contents on 3 brands across multiple social media platforms for over a month now. Agile Assets has been a darling and an awesome partner in making my work super easy and effective.

I've been working with ÄÄ for a few months now and I have to say that it takes an incredible amount of work off my hands. I understood everything within a few minutes. It's sooo great that I can connect Canva. To design an asset for a post. I also have to emphasize: I can easily collect my posts and drag and drop them to an appropriate tag to publish them. Everything works quickly and intuitively and I can link many channels. I would definitely recommend it!

Agile Assets does what they say it will. Integration with Canva is great and makes the creation of content super easy. Scheduling is easy and the drag and drop into the calendar makes planing a week or month super easy. There is great video tutorials to help with just about every aspect of the app. And for people or agencies needing to do bulk content creation this app would be idea as the bulk element is solid. The range of platforms supported by this app is ahead of the game compared to many other platforms. Probably the most unique and interesting element is the brand check. The tool reviews the posts and checks that they are still 'on brand'. I imagine this would be an amazing tool when you have several people managing the social media content creation and scheduling. There are a few things I am not in love with and the first is the hashtag generator. This seems to be in its infancy as the suggested hashtags are well off the mark and only single words. There isn't the option of crating your own saved lists which is a real shame as this would be a stellar element to add to this platform. Overall, a very solid platform and works well for social media management in an omni-channel setting.

It's sooo great that I can connect Canva. To design an asset for a post. I also have to emphasize: I can easily collect my posts and drag and drop them to an appropriate tag to publish them. Everything works quickly and intuitively and I can link many channels. I would definitely recommend it!

Agile Assets does what they say it will. Integration with Canva is great and makes the creation of content super easy. Scheduling is easy and the drag and drop into the calendar makes planing a week or month super easy. There is great video tutorials to help with just about every aspect of the app. And for people or agencies needing to do bulk content creation this app would be idea as the bulk element is solid. The range of platforms supported by this app is ahead of the game compared to many other platforms. Probably the most unique and interesting element is the brand check. The tool reviews the posts and checks that they are still 'on brand'. I imagine this would be an amazing tool when you have several people managing the social media content creation and scheduling. There are a few things I am not in love with and the first is the hashtag generator. This seems to be in its infancy as the suggested hashtags are well off the mark and only single words. There isn't the option of crating your own saved lists which is a real shame as this would be a stellar element to add to this platform. Overall, a very solid platform and works well for social media management in an omni-channel setting.
