It's ease of use. I like the ease of heirarchies Folders > Projects > Tasks; and the use of tags as well as sections. I've only been using this for a short time, but I was able to set up a nice workflow in just an hour that works well across different systems. I also love the fact that their success team is ready to help; had a wonderful call with Cecile for a 1:1 to learn some additional tricks and tips to make the most of the system for my particular use case. She was very helpful. Love that there is a guide sent over right away and the invitation to set up a time to discuss with their team in future if any questions come up! I feel set up to actually USE this app and tool, as opposed to other systems that cost more but also leave you floundering to understand the best way to integrate it into your daily routine.
