I was feeling like I and the other audiologist in my office were not providing the hearing care to too many patients who came to see us. I just wanted to...say thanks for all of your help getting our audiology program restarted. In February, we were 168% of last February's billables. For March, we've already met our 2023 March numbers on the 14th of the month. Our goal for April 2024 was to break even. At this rate, we will be breaking even with a little profit—which you know is huge accomplishment. While we still need to grow on our momentum, we are on our way! I don't want time to go by without saying "Thank You". I know this was not your typical practice, but you did a great job of working with me and my team to develop a family audiology program that will work for us long-term.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a *WIN* with you all! Thanks to Brad’s coaching, I hit the road this week to visit facilities in my target area to offer free hearing clinics and/ or seminar events. I visited 11 yesterday and 4 today. I will admit, I was VERY nervous to enter these facilities 😅 I’ve never done this particular task before so uncharted territory can be scary! BUT! I’m happy to report that every facility was VERY receptive and I have scheduled 4 hearing clinics and 3 seminars (and counting 😉) !!! 🎉🎉🎉 Going into business for myself has always been the goal and I decided to take the leap this year! It’s scary but also exciting to see the strategies that you implement actually WORK!!!
