Because as the author states we all have our radiance within us, we just need to “ignite” it! You can apply this book’s techniques into many different situations from the most challenging to the most refreshing ones. It teaches you the traditional, psychological and metaphysical aspects of our wellbeing and how to keep balance between these tridimensional models and prevent dealignment of our energy. I fully recommend having both copies, Audible (majestic!!!) but paper copy is a most, and got mine too! The author’s voice brings authenticity, emotion and an engaging, approachable way to continue listening without interruption. I think this book is an amazing gift for anyone you truly love in your life.

This is the perfect blend of memoir meets self-help. The way the author used personal stories to illicit the many ways women can empower themselves and be their own self boss made this a fast read. It will be one of those books I will go back to time and again when I need reminders of some things I need to get doing or back to. The authors style also incorporated humor in a way where I found she was just having a conversation with me as the reader vs those boring preachy self help books out there. A definite recommend!
