Joining Bohus’ Online Brotherhood was one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2024. Being part of it now for months, the Brotherhood is now a fixed weekly event I simply don’t want to miss anymore. What I learned over the last months is the power of sharing challenges and having a safe space in which I can talk through personal struggles and get honest feedback from men I trust and value. When I share things they feel I don’t show up as best as I could, they call me out on my BS. They challenge me so I can grow. Either by pointing out blind spots or words of encouragement and by sharing their own experience of how they overcame similar challenges. The Online Brotherhood is not only a safe space of men for men but for me a circle of friends. I know I can share anything that may be heavy on my soul and I will be listened to by my tribe members - by men who do the work, who aim to grow and become better every day - just like I do. I never thought that something so ’simple’ as a safe space of other men is such a powerful tool for personal growth.
