Great newsletter Tom. I’ve opened more pages than I ever have from a newsletter. Can’t wait for the next one.

So I didn't get the job but I did get an interview for the very first time. This is after 50+ rejections. It made me see progress and for that, I am thankful. Anticipating the new job. Fingers crossed. Thank you!

Best Writing (formerly Content Writing Jobs) helped me find my first full-time copywriting job via LinkedIn for an online education resource company. It's allowed me to change tack from receptionist to writer super easily! Thank you so much!

I got one of my first writing gigs from Best Writing (formerly Content Writing Jobs). I know many of my connections are fellow writers. If you're looking for work, you'll probably find something here. A decent number of the jobs here are looking for remote writers, so your location shouldn't matter.

I started out with an internship and then moved on Upwork. I was initially sending out schoolwork (*facepalm*). However, I don’t think that would fly in today’s landscape. I’m going to assume you’re a technical writer. If I were you, I’d reach out to tech companies and offer a discounted first article. I collaborated with a couple of tech startups as an editor, and they’re always looking for new writers. Also, are a lot of technical writing opportunities on LinkedIn, Writers Weekly, and BestWriting. Hope this helps :)
