Our experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out the most was the location itself. It was the perfect fit for our company and our team—surrounded by nature and the mountains, it provided a peaceful and inspiring environment where we could fully focus on spending quality time together without distractions. The layout of the property was ideal for a team retreat. Everyone had their own small house, which offered privacy whenever needed, while the large central lawn made it easy to stay connected and never miss what was happening. The main house was the perfect place to come together for workshops, collaborative work, and shared meals. Overall, the setup created the perfect balance between teamwork and personal space. We also really appreciated the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Julia from Campfire, who was with us on-site throughout our stay. She supported us every step of the way, was always available, and helped make even our spontaneous requests happen. Whether it was adjusting plans or helping us organize a birthday celebration, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had a great experience. We would definitely recommend this location to any team looking for a unique, well-organized retreat in a beautiful natural setting.

We used Campfire for the first time this year, and our annual company offsite turned out to be the best one yet. I had the pleasure of working with Letizia and Francesca, who were both incredibly understanding and accommodating. They took the time to listen to our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions for activities, which ended up being the highlights of the trip. Thank you both again for making it such a great experience!

Our all-company event with Campfire in Spain was truly special. Bringing nearly 500 colleagues together in one place created an unforgettable sense of togetherness. The level of care, coordination, and organization was remarkable - not just on site, but throughout the entire preparation phase. Even when things changed, the team remained flexible, spontaneous, and incredibly supportive. You could really feel how much heart went into making this event a success. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback, which speaks volumes about the experience. It will undoubtedly remain a long‑lasting and extremely positive memory for all colleagues. Thank you Campfire!

We recently used Campfire to host our company IRL in Berlin and honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. Leti and Mari were absolutely exceptional. From the first conversation to the final day of the event, nothing was ever too much hassle — they were organised, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond at every turn. In all the events we've run as a company, we've never worked with organisers quite like them. The proof is in the results — this was our highest rated IRL yet. If you're looking for an events team who will make you feel like you're their only client, look no further. We'll be back.

Campfire helped us plan our annual company retreat to Mallorca. We have 100 people flying in from all over the world, and Francesca and Letizia did a fantastic job helping us plan from start to finish. They were always available, thinking 2 steps ahead, and most importantly dealt with unexpected challenges calmly and professionally. They were solution oriented and always had a great positive atitude and approach. It was great working with them, and we will not hesitate to ask them to support us again next year. Thanks for everything!!

Campfire hosted our teambuilding work event in Sorrento. The organization was fantastic: the quality of events, group / Gala dinners, boat trips and general organization of the whole trip was amazing. We were led onsite by Nora who provided super friendly and professional support to meet our needs of 28 people. ensuring a smooth event. The team's flexibility went above and beyond to ensure we looked after and stress-free.

This is an ideal venue for hosting retreats and conferences. The staff is very cooperative, and the campus is well equipped with required facilities. Moreover, the valley view from the mountain top, the opportunity to be a part of this historic castle, and the peace + serenity all around the countryside are best perks of being here!

Campfire made our company retreat an absolute success. From the very beginning of the planning process to the moment we arrived on site, their team was proactive, organized, and attentive to every detail. They catered to all our needs and ensured constant, clear communication throughout the event, making everything seamless for our group of over 220 coworkers. Letizia, Francesca, and the entire team were class acts and absolutely amazing to work with - hoping to collaborate again in the future! Their on-the-ground coordination was exceptional, taking the stress out of planning and allowing us to focus on connecting and enjoying the retreat. I highly recommend working with Campfire for any large-scale event or company offsite.

We recently worked with Campfire Company to organize our company retreat, and we had a really positive experience. The team, especially Elisa, was always friendly, supportive, and easy to communicate with. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire planning process. What we also appreciated is how open they are to feedback and how committed they seem to be to continuously improving their service. It’s clear they want their clients to have the best possible retreat experience. We can definitely recommend working with Campfire Company!

Hannah Carrick

A fantastic corporate retreat with a difference, absolutely loved the rural setting - it was great to ‘get away’ and bond as a team. Loved the food, facilities and especially our team building exercise. Thank you!

We were enamored by their venues in Italy and were quite indecisive in picking a venue at first, as they all looked magical! My team and I were fortunate to have experienced two beautiful venues in Piedmont with our retreats. Having taken a full-service package, we were never left stranded from the time we contacted them via mail through the end of our offsite. The planning and events team was just phenomenal and made the entire retreat a breeze. I can't stress this factor well enough but I was blown by how much the entire campfire team was at our disposal to adjust and accommodate all our requests and requirements. Our experience with Campfire Company was nothing short of extraordinary. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail left an unforgettable impression.

We are remote first tech start up and our yearly company retreats are very important for us. It gives us a chance to connect with our colleagues across the globe and build great relationships which in return help us work better together remotely. The Campfire team exceeded our expectations with a 10/10 venue, fun activities and 24/7 care and attention to all our needs. They really took the stress out of planning and last minute changes. They covered every ground with us and helped us create a genuinely unique and memorable work retreat. Thank you Letizia and Francesca!

We partnered with Campfire for our company's annual retreat. As a UK-based company, this was the first time the company went abroad for it and finding a partner that could help us sort out all of the details, spoke the local language and plan a truly memorable event was vital to its success. Over several months we worked closely with Letizia and the Campfire team to brainstorm and plan every last detail for the retreat in Italy. They were well organised, great at communication and always reachable when we had any questions. They ensured our team of over 30 were well taken care of at the venue and made sure that every request was handled in a timely manner. They helped us pull off the event beautifully and we definitely recommend them for corporate retreat planning!

We worked with The Campfire Company to plan and organize our company retreat in 2026, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From our first conversations with Katarina, we felt we were in great hands. A particularly huge thank you goes to Letizia and Valeria, who were with us throughout most of the planning, organization, and on-site execution of the retreat. They were absolutely amazing to work with. What impressed us most was how proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested they were in making the retreat a great experience for our team. They often anticipated our needs before we even asked, and whenever plans changed or something unexpected came up, they reacted incredibly quickly and found the best possible solution. The entire process was extremely well organized and professional, while still feeling personal and caring. We always had the feeling that creating the best experience for our team was the priority. We would absolutely recommend working with them and would be very happy to do so again!

We hosted our AI Summit with Campfire - nearly 500 attendees - and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ideas, execution, responsiveness, commitment, hands-on effort: everything was exactly how you'd hope it to be. It's such a relief to know you can rely 100% on a team that consistently finds solutions and makes the right calls in the moment. I've worked with a lot of agencies over the years, and Campfire genuinely stood out. The on-site team was warm, professional, and - what I appreciated most - proactive. They didn't just "run" the event; they lived it with us. With real fascination for what we were doing, and always solution-oriented when something needed adjusting on the fly. The energy and dedication they brought was phenomenal. I'm certain this won't be our last event together. Thank you, Campfire!

Relive/Arkipel Team recently hosted our very first retreat with The Campfire Company, and we couldn't be happier! From day one, our amazing event manager, Francesca, acted as a true partner, making sure we got exactly the retreat our team needed. As a remote-first company, it was important for us to not only work together but also build deeper connections. And we achieved both :) We stayed in a beautiful village in Italy that combined historic charm with modern comfort. The spaces were spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with screens and projectors, giving us the perfect balance between productivity and relaxation. With the variety of destinations The Campfire Company offers, we're already looking forward to planning more retreats with them next year!

After being given the responsibility of organizing our company retreat, I reached out to several retreat providers – but Campfire immediately stood out. From the very first call, I got the feeling they really understood what I was looking for and were fully committed to making it happen. Plus it was like talking to friends rather than a money making machine. Throughout the entire process, they were energetic, proactive, and incredibly helpful. We threw all kinds of crazy requests their way, and they handled every single one with a smile and a solution. During the event itself, the Campfire team was always ON – attentive, present, and consistently one step ahead of what we needed. Thanks to their dedication and professionalism, our retreat was a true success and the kudos keep coming. Couldn’t recommend them more. 🙌🔥 Already working on our 2026 retreat with them!

I had an unforgettable experience here during a Workshopper Retreat organized by AJ&Smart. Event for 50 people (&±10 organizers) - Day opening talks at the pool, workshops in the barn, lunches & dinners at the cafes, evening parties at the pool again. A great place for a memorable company / community event!

Vadim Sacharow

The place is beautiful and perfect to switch off and to relax. We were here with our team and spent great time. There are plenty possibilities to organize your time as you wish: you can have workshops in quite some nice historical rooms or participate in team building activities or just walk around, explore beautiful gardens and nature. Rooms are cosy and have everything you need.

Ralph

We organized a team offsite with around 30 employees. The location is indeed unique and the owner shares his passion for the place with the group. We had an diverse program from cooking class, to bonfire, party, and workshops. The only challenge was the hot weather in August but the place and the activities made easily up for it.

We went on a company retreat on the stellar island of Monte Isola in northern Italy, and it turned out to be an experience I will end up remembering for a good time and a long time. There were a lot of activities right from the get-go; including painting, riddles, and pizza, and everything was well planned for the duration we were there. I'd like to express a special note of gratitude to Letizia and the rest of the team involved, especially for the extra help provided and their know-how around the local area. This stay was magical, and I'd love to return to this island someday!

Our Sicily retreat wouldn’t have been the same without Campfire — and especially Letizia and her amazing team! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, they were always one step ahead: sorting out every detail from airport transfers to food, comfy rooms, great workspaces, and fun hangout areas. What really stood out was how kind, responsive, and solution-oriented the team was throughout the week. No matter what came up, they handled it with a smile and made things happen quickly. This was our second time working with Campfire, and honestly, it feels more like working with friends than with a vendor. Can’t wait to do it again!

Working with Campfire to organize a company retreat for 60 people at Feather was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish.
