After 7+ years in the tech industry, I made a career shift to help others transform their bodies and build long-term, sustainable habits. I even wrote Shredded365, a book sharing my journey and proven strategies for real results. Carlos is great at educating and explaining the rationale of his program. He makes sure that my form is good and pushes me to give it my all. He’s also very responsive outside of the allotted personal training time and takes time out of his day for extra coaching on nutrition and activities I should do outside of training. I can see a few areas of improvement that I’ve felt are being able to squat lower. I also am starting to feel more muscles engaged in each workout that I haven’t been able to feel before.

I really appreciated how Carlos was able to correct my form and make sure I was learning the proper technique. I loved how he showed me how certain adaptations, like using a slightly different grip, leaning forward, or using a different tempo could be used to target different muscles or increase the difficulty without having to necessarily add more and more weight to the exercises. I loved everything about working with Carlos. His care and attention made me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially after just starting my workouts after several years of no exercise. I love how he personalized the exercises to me, my goals, and my level. Carlos was encouraging and pushed me, even when I didn't think I had it in me to do another rep.
