β€œHi everyone. My name is Johanna Layne. I am an Intensive Reading teacher for the 11th and 12th grade in Clay County at Oak Leaf High School. Go Knights! I just wanted to give you a brief experience video of what I have experienced through ChalkTalk. I am usually one that's very leery of the new and improved, but honestly, this reading program is by far the best reading program that I've ever been able to walk through and talk through with my students. The way our district set it up and the ChalkTalk leaders and trainers have been so pointed at how to use it and what to use. It's just made it very easy and very user friendly the way the lessons are laid out. We can change it if we need to change it depending on where our students. We find that out through all of the data that's easily accessible. Just got to take some time to look at it. And there's so much data. We can literally. They can take an assessment and then we or do one of the activities and we can pinpoint exactly the type of questions, the types of skills they're missing. And then they have things to back that up. The videos and the slide presentations have very thorough notes already shortened for us. And then we're able to walk through that with our students. My students especially like when we go into small groups and because they make a competition out of it and they can see who got the most questions right and what do we need to work on next, Ms. Lane? And we just have a great time with it. So I can't go. I could go on and on about ChalkTalk. Please use it. It's a great program. And if you ever need anything, ChalkTalk will definitely get back to you quicker than you think. I know they have with me. So. My students have already had a lot of great success. 58% of my students have already passed. And I look forward to the rest of them getting their goal. And we're not even done with the semester yet. Thank you for listening. Bye bye now.”
