“Hi, my name is Roger Cooper, and I'd like to speak to you today about Chase's Guitar Academy. Approximately seven months ago, I started my quest to find an online jazz guitar school. Like most people in today's world, the first place one goes is to the Internet, because that's where all the information is. So I started with YouTube and looked for not only my favorite jazz artists, but also articles about them, their style, how they played, their techniques. And I stumbled upon this video by Chase Maddox entitled George Benson's Secret of the Two Chords. I watched the video and I was impressed not only by the material in and of itself, but by the delivery of Chase Maddox and how he presented this material. He presented it in a way where it really didn't matter if you were a beginner or intermediate level or advanced, by the end of this video, you would have gotten something out of it. So I decided to follow the link and it took me to the Chase's Guitar Academy. And once I got there and looked around the site, I decided, what have I got to lose? I like this guy. I like what I see. I'm gonna join. So I joined, and I'm glad I did. Number one, right after joining, within minutes, I get this email from Chase Maddox, and it says, this is not a computer generated email. This is from me, Chase Maddox, I'd like to talk to you. So we hooked up and Chase wanted to know, like, not only did he welcome me and congratulate me for joining, gave me his commitment to help me reach my goals, but he wanted to know a little bit about me and my past and how long I played and what type music I played. And this was necessary for him to guide me to the correct curriculum to start. So he did. And I'm glad again that I made the choice to come to Chase's Guitar Academy. A little bit about the Academy. What you have in the Academy is a curriculum that is structured, it's self paced, organized. It offers courses like improvisation comping, how to practice, learning jazz tunes, and also he has master classes. In these master classes, you get a chance to listen to and pick the brain of legendary experienced guitarists that have been at their craft for years. For example, guys like Rodney Jones and Barry Green, Dan Wilson, Chris Christian, and many more. And if you decided, hey, you know what, I just want to learn how to play like my hero. Whether it's George Benson, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Christian, Grant Green, Joe Pass, Pat Martino, you can do that at the Academy. Not just learn licks or, you know, learn, you know, their favorite passages or tricks, you get a chance to take a deep dive into their style, their choice of notes, what makes each artist different from the other. So, you know, what else could one want? The other thing that impressed me about the academy is the community. You have a group of students and peers. They're all after the same thing you're after. They're wanting to hone their craft. They want to get better. They want to realize their goal. So I challenge you. If you're really serious about wanting to hone your craft, whether it's jazz, blues, or just guitar in general, give Chase's Guitar Academy a try. There's a lot there to offer, and I know they have something there for you. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing you at Chase's Guitar Academy.”
