The interface is user-friendly, and the customer service is top-notch and very prompt if there is a problem or a question. ClearCalcs is super helpful to me as a residential structural engineer! I use it daily. The staff is great to work with, and they continue to make the software better and more useful every day. New calculators have been added, and changes made to address the concerns of the users. The load-linking feature is fantastic and is a huge time saver when making the inevitable changes to a design.
This most useful thing in Clearcalcs is the load linking. It saves time and cuts down on errors. While there have been some issues in past calculation logic, the team has responded to my concerns, added and corrected features. The programing crew is definitely not stuck in the 80's like some other software available out there. I'm looking forward to the retaining wall modules getting up to speed and on par with the wood design modules.
What do you like best about ClearCalcs? Team can work with anywhere and add inputs to the software as desired.It is faster , accurate and reliable software. What do you dislike about ClearCalcs? The FEA calculation dosent have mesh option avalible like other existing software. What problems is ClearCalcs solving and how is that benefiting you? Helped in strucure design of RCC and steel strucutre.
