Lance is one of my best supervisors. He's a good listener, gives you space to make decisions, encourages you to grow and celebrates your successes. He helps our team navigate change in a short period of time and created an eCommerce staffing structure that was even adopted by our marketing department. Over the years, we have worked together across multiple departments, including Digital Advertising, eCommerce and Marketing. He always makes data-driven decisions and has good intuition when hiring staff and changing existing staff roles. We launch new products together and try lots of new things.
