I liked the relaxation and breathing techniques taught, the space to comment openly and also tools and resources provided to us. When I started with Dan I felt very low and extremely anxious.I felt I was giving up .Now I have rebuilt relationships that I missed .I have let go of relationships that were holding me back .Im more aware of pacing .I don't feel guilty on days I need to rest .I have all the tools I need in stressful situations.So all in all I'm living a better life thanks to Dan .I will be eternally grateful.

Before discovering Dan's course, I had been feeling stuck in a pattern where my condition took over my thoughts and feelings. I let it define me. During the sessions I learned that I can believe in myself again and that although the pain is real I now have a new mindset to manage day by day. Being present and showing up to listen to Dan speak about his own experience was very enlightening. The opportunity gave me hope and lots of helpful ways to manage my life from now on. From breathing techniques to EFT and small daily journal prompts without being overwhelming to focus on. My body had been so tense for a long time and Dan explained about why this happens, I can honestly say for the first time in a long time the tension has been released from my shoulders and I feel relaxed. It's not about being cured over night, as that is an unrealistic expectation for anyone to have. I am very grateful to have discovered that someone like Dan genuinely cares about everyone who finds him. Working with Dan has been a really positive and supportive experience for me. I’ve had a long history of anxiety, migraines, and all the symptoms that come with a dysregulated nervous system. For years I felt like I was constantly managing flare-ups that were actually getting worse, rather than understanding what was going on in my body. It was exhausting and, at times, overwhelming. What’s been different about working with Dan is that he hasn’t just looked at the surface he’s helped me understand the connection between my mind and body, and how my nervous system has been playing a big role in how I feel day to day. We’ve worked on slowing things down, becoming more aware of my triggers, and building tools that actually help me regulate rather than just cope. He has a really calm and supportive approach, but also knows how to challenge me in a way that feels constructive rather than overwhelming. This is something I haven’t experienced with other coaches. Since working together, I feel more in control of my body and my reactions. My anxiety feels more manageable, and I’m starting to experience fewer and less intense flare-ups. More importantly, I feel like I understand myself better and have the tools to support myself moving forward. I’d absolutely recommend Dan to anyone dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, or symptoms that feel hard to get on top of. It’s made a huge difference to me.
I came across Dan by chance on my social feeds at a time when everything in my life had to go on hold. It all happened so quickly and I’d no idea what to do next. I had been a very busy mum, daughter to a sick mum that needed a lot of care and working in a family business. I joined the free 5 day program and from the outset it gave me a structure for a week when I’d none and really needed it. I realised it was OK not to be OK and that this happens in life and there is support out there. I felt held in a group of strangers lead by Dan and got through one of the most difficult times in my life, so a very big thanks to everyone in that group at that time for everything you shared, I heard you and believed you and you supported me. So I didn’t leave the circle, I signed up for the weekly chats and very recently just finished 1:1 with Dan. This program has given me structure and support and tools that I now use everyday and I mean everyday, I’ve just finished one of the meditation practices, my favourite 20mins in the day when I know I need to slow down and stop and recharge, something I would never have dreamed to do in a day… I love Dans story of the feather, brick and the bus “, the feathers where everywhere, quite literally, I was lobbed a number of bricks and paid no attention and it was only the bus that stopped me. I’ve had many supports on my journey both conventional medical care and the alternative ideas, it was in my nature to explore all options and Dan as my coach supported my journey when others suggested otherwise and shut me down,. He understood my personality and through the support he has given me and the tools I am now using I had the courage and it took courage to keep getting up every day and doing the do, as small or as big as I was capable with the energy available. I learned to treat myself with kindness and be patient and considerate, all very new for me. I’ve recently got a diagnosis of PPPV and this makes perfect sense. I’ve started to create again, making gifts from clay and treasure troves from the many beach walks. My kitchen table is full of shells and stones, paint, pencils and I’m finding my flow and happy place again. I worked with Dan doing 1 on 1 coaching and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of working with Dan to go ahead and do it. I was very anxious and unable to drive my car without anxiety. I was also at home with anxiety and often didn’t or couldn’t leave the house. I also had other health issues which was contributing to my anxiety and feeling of being unwell. Just everyday tasks and life was very challenging and I also have two small children which presented its own challenges aswell. We worked on many things but acceptance of where I was at which I had previously found challenging to shift that mindset was something we worked on. Also I had felt like a burden on my family and a failure and so guilty that I couldn’t be there for my kids and we also worked on this mindset of accepting again where I was at and worked on not feeling guilty or that I was a burden. Dan gave me tools to help with regulating my nervous system aswell as tools to help with my panic attacks. He makes you look at a situation so differently and makes you have a completely different perspective. He really makes you stop and think and really worked on my negative mindset and slowly changed my attitude towards my thoughts and how powerful thoughts are especially negative ones and how your thoughts can become your reality and overtime I became more positive more appreciative of small acvhievements and changes and then slowly bigger ones came. Im in a much better place now.i am back driving and often without thinking I can get in the car and just drive without a thought. At home I don’t feel anxious. My general health is much improved I keep working on myself mentally physically and emotionally everyday and use the tools that Dan thought me to help keep me regulated or to help me if I have any flare ups or any anxiety. I’m excited for the simple things in life day to day. Being able to take my kids to school or playground things that I couldn’t do previously I’m now grateful for these little things. I’m excited to keep investing in myself and health and prioritise my needs to help make me a better mother wife and in general person and to able to enjoy spending time with my family and socialise with my friends and live a little. To others it might not seem a lot but to me I am grateful to be able to do the little things that I couldn’t do before. And who knows what the future holds and what bigger things or to come.
