“My name is Nick Curl, I'm one of the owners at Propel Swim Academy. We are a swim school located in Northern Virginia and we serve just over 2000 swimmers every week from our staff of 50 part time and full time employees. We chose to run on EOS just over three years ago and we were lucky enough to find Beth Berman to be our implementer. The thing that our team appreciates about Beth is her down to earth grounded approach that's very knowledgeable about the EOS system while also maintaining the human touch that our team loves.
