I love the fact that I can get a challenging workout in 30 minutes. The circuit changes daily but the trainer's motivation doesn't. They're always coaching you to do your best even when you're having a bad day. I joined back in December 2016 and it has been one of the best decisions I have made.

A very well prepared staff who has your workout plan ready before you walk in the door. You get pushed and worked hard but your body will thank you for it later. Great program if you’re interested in getting your physical fitness better and to a certain extent your mental fitness better as well. Exercise with education as to why you’re doing a particular exercise.
I have been going to Fast 3.0 for a few weeks now (thanks to my daughter dragging me in). I am not well versed in exercise and both trainers have patiently worked with me at each of my sessions to ensure I am doing the proper movements for maximum results and safety. They modify the workout for me as needed since I am not up to par (yet) with some of the other members.
I can't tell you enough how much I love Fast 3.0! I just finished up their 6 week Clean & Lean Challenge! I lost 9 pounds and 2% body fat! I learned so much about what my body needs and about nutrition throughout this challenge. Coach Chip and Vic were with me all the way through education and motivation! I can't recommend highly enough. I came to Chip as an adventure with my sister. She wanted to join for the holidays and I got dragged along. That was in January. I now find myself in July doing things I never thought I would. My confidence has changed, my body has changed and so has my mindset. We work hard every day but not without support and a lot of laughs. I'm glad my sister dragged me into this experience, just don't tell her that!!
I have been training with Chip and Victoria for little over a year now and I love the personal training you get every day! I left for about 3 months but came back because of the variety of the workouts. You are always doing something different every time you come in and you never get bored. The reason I decided to join Fast 3.0 was because there is always a trainer available to assist with providing instruction and modification to meet my personal needs and ability. Coach Chip and Coach Vic are excellent fitness coaches that develop workouts to push you to perform at your maximum. Following this workout regimen allows you to feel stronger and see results. The atmosphere is high energy, the coaches are motivational and the members are supportive of each other.

I have trained with Coach Chip for many years and have known Coach Vic for a lot of years too. They both will push you to do your best and teach you the proper form and the reason why you are doing what you are doing. They keep the workouts challenging and if modifications are needed they will provide them. Total workout time is 30-40 minutes, so you push hard then you're done. Come see what all the excitement is all about. It is a very friendly atmosphere and at times comical.
Very happy that I stumbled upon Fast 3.0. Coach Chip and Coach Vic have created a terrific workout environment for people not looking for a huge gym to get lost in. There are a maximum of 5 people working out at any one time. You get a personalized workout 3 days a week, and you have a coach there to motivate you and correct any mistakes you are making. They keep it a nice balance of having fun, but also being tough when needed to make sure you are working your hardest. Highly recommended.
I am about 3 weeks into my experience here and it's great. I found their ad on Facebook inviting people in their 40s who want to get back in shape and I knew it would help me refocus since I fell off-track turned 40 just before COVID restrictions. It's a very comfortable environment with lots of support and NO MIRRORS😂. The coaches and many of the people working out are over 40 or 50 so it's a great place to reconnect with your body and celebrate it NOW and not stay wishing for how it used to be.
I am a new member and in the past few weeks, I have seen my confidence and strength grow due to the support and guidance of Coach Victoria and Coach Chip. At first glance, most of exercises are way out of my comfort zone, but by the end of the workout, I leave feeling proud of myself for pushing through. In other gyms I never knew what to do, but here, I feel lucky to have guidance from two people who are experts in their field, who care about their members, and are willing to push them to do their best!
I am a 62 year old man who once worked out regularly. During the peak of Covid I was hospitalized and given steroids for 30 plus days. I suffered from long term effects of Covid. I attempted to restart some fashion of exercise but a week or two was my best effort before stopping. Chip has gotten me on a series of exercises that don’t necessarily feel good in the gym but feel wonderful outside the facility. My gate as I walk the golf course is amazing. I have a knee replacement and a bad left knee but I feel stronger than I have in years!

I came to Fast Fit because I had been battling chronic overuse injuries and was really feeling frustrated. Here I have a customized training program that is specific to my goals and abilities. Every session I am on the training floor in a small group with a coach who is motivating me and guiding my form to avoid injury and maximize the muscle movement in each exercise. This is a fitness community of all different ages and body types and unique goals who genuinely decided that they wanted to be the healthiest version of themselves they could be.
I have been a member there since Sept 16 and I couldn't be happier. The owners are continuously coming up with new ways to motivate and inspire their clients, unlike many gyms I've been to that only focus on bringing in new clients. In fact, I was ill and unable to attend for a couple weeks and Chip actually texted me to make sure I was okay and coming back in at some point. The members are at all different fitness levels and encourage each other. Wonderful to work with trainers every time I walk in the door. Would highly recommend checking it out.
I’ve been training here since October 2021 and can honestly say that I’ve achieved incredible results training under Coach Chip and Coach Vic. They are terrific motivators and are able to get the best out of their clients. When I was looking for a new place to train and achieve my fitness goals, I wanted somewhere that I’d get one on one attention and a challenging program. I definitely get both here. It’s also got a family feel and everyone is so supportive of one another. I can’t recommend it enough for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level. The programs are specifically designed to meet each individual’s goals and are challenging, but give you confidence! It’s a great place to train!
There are so many great things I can say about Fast 3.0, I don't even know where to begin. First, there's the coaches. Chip and Victoria are the best! They are smart and supportive - always challenging, encouraging, and educating their trainees. Whether it's pushing you to do more reps or lift a heavier weight, or teaching you proper form and better nutrition, they want you to be the best you can be. Next, there's the workouts. Changing every day so you never get bored, and adaptable to suit every fitness level, the workouts are fun, challenging and produce results! Finally, there's the schedule. Stop in almost any time of day, and get personalized attention during your workout. No set schedule, so there's no excuse to miss a day. I've been at Fast 3.0 for almost 4 years, and I can't imagine training anywhere else.
I live in an apartment complex with a full size gym equipped with everything needed to workout...after living here three years and using it only a handful of times, I decided to try Fast 3.0. I need structure and accountability and now I dutifully show up at my required times on the required days to train! Guess what? This works so well for me! The semi-private training sessions with the extremely knowledgeable Coach Vic and Coach Chip really help to keep me motivated and focused and ensure I do things correctly and don't get hurt. I am 63-years old and see all age groups in the studio. The personalized program adapts to any level and builds (gets harder and heavier) and you progress. I also read their daily messages and am choosing to eat healthier most of the time! After the 6-week challenge, I see results and just signed up for 6-months more!
I started with Chip about 3 or 4 years ago. In 2016, I made the mistake of switching to the new shiny gym that I thought would be more convenient and less money for me. Boy, was I wrong! The convenience was lost due to planning my own workouts, fighting for equipment, and working around class schedules that didn't fit my schedule. The money was lost to paying extra for classes and, honestly, losing all motivation to actually go to the gym. I finally returned to Fast 3.0 at the start of 2017 and felt at home once again. The open schedule cannot be beat and Chip and Victoria's professional guidance assure me I am always working to my full potential correctly. I love their structure and I love the daily variation. The members make Fast 3.0 feel like a second home. No matter your level, everyone there supports you and makes you feel welcome and proud. This is not just a gym, but a fantastic experience!
I began training with Chip over 3 years ago and can say I still enjoy it and have NOT yet become bored with the workouts. I’ve always done some form of exercise, but prior to starting with Chip, I was one of those people at the gym who did the elliptical for 45-60 minutes, maybe a few sit-ups and wondered why I wasn’t seeing any results. After joining Chip’s program I quickly realized it is not the length of time you exercise but what you do during your workout that will get you to your goal. The 30 minute workout sessions are different each day, challenging, and at times can even be fun. Both coach Chip and Victoria push you to do your best but not in an intimidating way. I find each are passionate about their job and want to see their clients succeed. There is no turning back for me, I am very happy I made the switch over 3 years ago. So if you are looking for something different, give the program a try.
This gym has completely transformed my life in just three short months! I came here hoping to feel healthier, both physically and mentally, and I've received that and so much more.
