Video transcript: Hello brothers. My name is David. I am from Pretoria, South Africa and I've been part of the Father Sons Brothers community for two years now. In that time it has been of immense value to myself and my relationships, namely the relationship with myself, but also my relationship to other people through business or just friendship. What got me involved in Father Sons Brothers was a course around semen retention or ejaculation control. I was having trouble with sexual performance at the time and so when I saw this advertised I was excited to learn more. What I learned through that course was unbelievably valuable and through that I, I became part of the Father Sons Brothers community. At the time I was struggling to last more than a few minutes in bed and it was, it was weighing quite tough on me because I didn't want to, I wanted to please my partner, I wanted to pleasure my partner. And so my self esteem was quite low at the moment because of that. And so through these 21 days of this course, I completely changed all of that from going to lasting a few minutes to lasting honestly for as long as I wanted or could, could handle, but enjoying it a lot more myself and also improving my self confidence as well. Because I think when you're not performing sexually you can be quite hard on yourself and that can start to show in the ways that you show up to the world. And so this was incredibly powerful. Unfortunately, that relationship did end and it was, it was a very tough ending for me emotionally. And once again the academy and the community really supported me through that process and helped me to identify places that I betrayed myself long before there was any betrayal of a partner. Times I didn't honor myself, my feelings, what I believed and yeah, just was agreeable for the sake of being a nice guy, for the sake of not bringing it up. But overall that is only going to hurt you in the relationship. And so I learned how to be clear on what it is that I wanted and then how to articulate that to another partner. So over the last two years I have, yeah, I've been in a journey of celibacy which has been incredibly powerful and once again deeply supported and guided through this community community on that process of expressing myself and honoring myself, which is really what I think the celibacy journey is all about. I am now opening myself up to engaging with women, but it's from a place of a lot more self confidence, respect for myself, knowing my boundaries and knowing my desires, knowing what I want and articulating that sooner rather than later. There are so many unbelievable tools in the Academy. And so if you are interested in joining, I would highly recommend, especially for young men. I mean, this knowledge is great for everybody, but as a young man, I think you have a great opportunity to learn these skills and integrate these tools into your toolbox so that you can be a better person and just show up in all your relationships in life. Video transcript: Hey, there. My name's Brian, and I came to FSB several years ago in the midst of a lot of big challenges that just were really blocking me in many ways. And despite having done many years of the work and learning some valuable life lessons along the way, but it just wasn't enough any longer. And I could see that that kind of solo journey had really kind of played itself out. And since joining, I found myself in the good company of a lot of men who are all facing their own challenges and going for the long game and being supported by one another, as I've been supported, and being coached and taught skillful ways of meeting the challenges in ways that are really durable and being held accountable, and in a sense, going pro, so to speak, from, you know, kind of dabbling in and out of things, trying this, trying that, to really sticking with a plan, having a plan, finding your own plan. And this has been incredibly meaningful for me and many other guys here. And so if you're looking to level up in a way that's durable and to build resilience and meet challenges with skill and insight and depth, courage, then I really strongly suggest you have a look here, and I think you'd find yourself in good company.

Video transcript: Hey guys. Alok here. Happy to share this short testimonial of my experience with fathers, sons, brothers. Been a part of the tribe for about six months now and originally joined because I really wanted to have a supportive group of men that would hold me accountable as well as help me become a better human on this planet. And it's been wonderful to not only have a group of men that I can go to when I have challenges and be vulnerable and not put all that on my partner, but also to be challenged in a good way and to stick with these practices that I know will help me become better person, like meditation and fitness routines and reading books and constantly improving who I am. So that's been the biggest benefit as well as just the friendships that I've made and the monthly mandates are amazing to get one on one with someone. And I really love that it's a group of men from all over the world, which I think is very unique to this group and that it's in, in this international group that's bringing in views from all these different countries that, you know, there's, we're all men, we're all on this path together to, you know, be a better steward of the planet. And as we move forward in a good way, how can we create a tribe that supports each other to uplift humanity? So I'm really happy with the groups and experience that I've had so far. And if you're on the fence, I would say go for it. There's really no risk and you're going to gain some great friends out of it and also have a chance to really uplevel your life in a good way. Video transcript: Hi, this is Andy Wright. Just wanted to give a quick testimonial on Father, Sons, Brothers, Tribe. I've been with them for a while now, about six months and longer. And yeah, it's been a, it's been a game changer for me. I found that I didn't have a whole lot of outlets to talk to about life, about, I don't know, I just never thought men got together and talked about things other than sports and women and not in a good way. So these, these guys are great. They're from all over the world. They're looking for the same kind of things, you know, to level up in life in mind and body. And, yeah, I believe you are the sum of who you hang around with and talk to. So these are a group of guys that will definitely feed you to have you achieve more in life. So I hope to see you there.

Video transcript: Hi, this is Simon from South Africa and I just wanted to share how good the father's son's brothers tribe has been in participating with the group. I've really benefited from it a lot in terms of forming a circle of group of men in a community that I can share with and get supported by. And Gareth and Matt have been doing a great job at sharing really useful tools and wisdom that have really helped support me as I move through life as well as the other men in the group who I've gained a lot of knowledge and insight from their sharing and through my own sharing. And it's really helped support me both in my physical life around exercise and health and wellness and as well as in my career on different aspects of life, family, friends, relationships. And it's been really, really supportive and good to be part of a group of other men that are looking to be vulnerable and share and not feel so alone and encourage each other to grow into the healthy men that we want to be and yeah, just be part of something great and get an opportunity to be witnessed and express ourselves.
