Testimonials

Hsing has been such a valuable part of our content team at RemoFirst. She’s a talented SaaS B2B writer who I can trust with even the most complex topics. Global employment is full of nuances, but she picked them up quickly with minimal guidance and feedback required from me. She’s been especially helpful with our series of country-specific employment law guides, which require a lot of research, and she does a great job of making the information clear and easy to understand.

I've been working with Hsing on blog content for the Prialto.com blog for over 6 months now, and it's been a great experience! She picks up our outlines and runs with them, often adding thoughts and details that I hadn't even thought of. Hsing is the exact kind of freelancer I like working with--a fantastic writer, dependable, communicative, and collaborative. I'd recommend her to any marketing department out there!

Hsing has been a fantastic writer and welcome addition to the Beam Team. Outside of her obvious talent for writing: she communicates early and often, asks good questions, receives feedback well, and works hard to ensure delivery is at 100%. In short, she's the kind of freelancer you've been looking for.

We needed to expand our content production to support upcoming key initiatives, so I created a deliberate freelancer search. It was important for us to partner with someone who was not only a great writer, but a content marketer who pairs that with strategic thinking. I met Hsing Tseng in the Superpath community and after talking, we knew she was the right addition.    We're in a niche space that can be difficult to write for. Every word is critical to get right and sound judgment is a must-have. Hsing has proactively worked to understand this, and working with her has been such a relief. I can't recommend Hsing highly enough.

Hsing has been freelancing for us for a couple of months and we couldn't be happier. We're at a point where we need to prioritize quality above all else and Hsing delivers every time. It's such a good feeling to open a new draft from her and realize it's bang-on what we asked for and needed. As a freelancer, Hsing doesn't just accept edits from you, she works with you to understand what needs to change and will improve upon the original draft *and* your edit. She's also a very proactive communicator, consistently checking in for feedback, calling out roadblocks, and reaching out to SMEs. Overall, Hsing is a fantastic writer, a deep researcher, and a wonderful person to work with. If you have the opportunity to work with her, do not pass it up.

I had the good luck to work with Hsing from April 2021 to December 2022. Hsing was the main content writer for us when my company worked with her agency Animalz, and she was wonderful to work with: a skilled writer who could write with clarity and a friendly voice (which can be especially hard to do when writing about complex topics related to HR and payroll, but which she managed with ease); open to listening to and incorporating feedback (and to giving back input on any feedback that she felt might not work well for a piece); friendly and easy to communicate with. I'd love to work with Hsing again.
