I was keeping 4 to-do lists, one in my head, one on paper and two using different apps. I recently hired an employee, but she was often waiting for me to tell her what to do next, which added yet another thing to my list! We needed a better system. As a creative/visionary-type person with ADHD, I spent so much time trying to remember everything that I was constantly switching/losing focus. Laura distilled down what we do for a general audience.
