Honestly, the most valuable part was the annotated version. Seeing the callouts directly on the document made it so much easier to understand what to fix and why, rather than just reading a list of notes. The colour coding between strengths and fixes was a really thoughtful touch. The ATS table formatting flag was also something I never would have caught on my own. I had no idea that could be quietly getting my resume rejected before anyone even read it. That one change alone made a real difference to how I feel about sending applications out.
