He advertised using all the usual mediums, and also listed my property on an east coast engine in case there was someone making a coast to coast move. He made suggestions to me to make my yard more attractive which helped mask deterring architectural details that were out of my control. He sent me weekly reports to document his marketing strategy. He held multiple open houses, both on the weekends and during the week. I received 4 offers on the condo, 3 being at least $10K below the listing price. When we received an offer for only $2K less , he worked very aggressively to settle at that price, even when the appraisal came in $10 K less. Working his magic, he persuaded the buyer to stay with her original offer. He definitely raised the appraisal base for this condo community through his excellent salesmanship. I looked forward to seeing him almost daily during the home sale process. He kept me informed of each step along the way, even helping me understand some of the necessary paperwork. Frankly, I don't think that my home would have sold - at the good price and in the brief time that it did - without Jason Farris at the helm. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

It was necessary to short sale our home to move in with my father due to his medical condition. During this time of crisis, Jason was very calm. He said "don't worry this is how the process works". Jason is a top performing professional in the field of realtors. He was aggressive in all aspects of selling my condo. He advertised using all the usual mediums, and also listed my property on an east coast engine in case there was someone making a coast to coast move. He made suggestions to me to make my yard more attractive which helped mask deterring architectural details that were out of my control. He sent me weekly reports to document his marketing strategy. He held multiple open houses, both on the weekends and during the week. I received 4 offers on the condo, 3 being at least $10K below the listing price. When we received an offer for only $2K less , he worked very aggressively to settle at that price, even when the appraisal came in $10 K less. Working his magic, he persuaded the buyer to stay with her original offer. He definitely raised the appraisal base for this condo community through his excellent salesmanship. I wish I had know him when I sold a house 9 years ago, was thankful I used him in this sale, and will use him for any future sales or purchased that I have in the future.
