Can you believe it's been over four years since we came together for Return to Self? I have such fond memories from that time.

I'm in the process of building new offerings, and so much of the foundational work traces straight back to Return to Self and what I learned from being in it with you.

I wanted to ask if you'd be willing to share a few words about what it was like for you, and how it's shaped things since?

Where you were when you started, what shifted, what you still carry.

If you already sent me something back then, thank you. I've kept every one of those. Four years has now gone by, and the impact has likely unfolded since then. That's the part I am most curious about!

Everything is optional. Type it or talk into your camera, whichever feels easier. The spoken ones seem to connect the most, though I'll be glad for whatever you're willing to give.
