Video transcript: Hi, I'm Courtney Jacobson, the Associate Vice President of Life New Business Operations at Sammons Financial. Yesterday we had the opportunity to bring John Meyer in for a training session and some time with the leaders here within my organization. And the time was so well spent. The authenticity that John brings to these sessions is really a superpower. He helped us think outside the box. Think about how community makes momentum and momentum makes the community. And if you have good people around you, if you have accountability partners and you think about the makers that are going to help you get better and some of the takers that might prevent you from getting better, it really puts it all into perspective on how you can keep having those daily non negotiables and keep moving towards those goals. And some of the progress happens when nobody's watching. We are so thankful he got the time to spend with us yesterday and help us think how we can continue to grow and really believe that there are no guardrails around growth. And growth is truly infinite. So if you have a chance to have John in your organization or at a retreat or with a team meeting, please do so. You will not be disappointed. He's funny, he's engaging, he's truly sharing real life stories that people connect with and can relate to and feel like they can take something away to keep getting better for themselves. So if you're thinking about it, stop thinking about it, just do it and bring John into your team and your organization.

Video transcript: We were fortunate to utilize John Mayer to lead our retreat with our shareholders for Bastard Gremley Law Firm. He did a great job of telling us his story and bringing us into it, including a connection with somebody in the room that he hadn't seen for 20 years, and told us all of the stories that he interacts with in his leadership and his coaching that gave us the ability to interact with the projects or the activities that he put in front of us and got some participation out of a bunch of skeptical attorneys. Then also included our utilization of AI, which created quite a conversation about how we may use it in the future and. And some of the things that he's currently doing with it that made a lot of sense. I would highly recommend John as a speaker for almost any kind of a group, but particularly a leadership group that is looking for somebody to bring their leaders together, get them on the same page, and get them to think hard about tough things. So thanks, John, for everything you do for us and for our community and the world at large.

He was, in my opinion, the best presentation of day one, by far. He was very engaging and entertaining, while sharing the information he was there to provide. I even followed him on social media and subscribed to his emails. My favorite speaker of the conference. Very inspirational and motivating. John was very engaging and enjoyable - he makes me want to strive harder to achieve some of my goals/habits I haven't been consistent with. Really like him.
