Worked with James for a number of years now on a small retrofit project that grew (and grew) as our family needs changed. Always found the team responsive and willing to push the boundaries to make sure that all our requirements could be met, while making sure everything "just works". And I promise you that is the most important thing of all when you have a connected home. Lovely people to have in your home too, recommend them unequivocally!
We first started working with them some 3-4 years ago on a large project in the country side and then they did work on our home in London too.The guys are always super quick to respond. They are prompt, explain everything in advance what they propose and how they are going to execute. It's rare to find an A/V firm that is independent, trustworthy and good value for money - but in my experience, JPAV is just that. James and his team have completed several projects for me, including a full home cinema that's looks (and sounds) better than anything in Leicester Square; a full home audio system using the easy Control4 system; and several TV/SKY installations. They were so good, I invited them to look at my office AV - and realised our previous AV company had sold us an overly expensive (and complicated) system with lots of bells and no whistles. I have recommended James to friends and family over the last few years, and have never received anything less than excellent feedback. If only all firms were such a pleasure to work with.
Working with James and the team at JPAV was a delight from the very start. Nothing was a problem, every detail was always considered and they always had a ‘can do’ work ethic and approach to the job in question. We first started working with James in 2020 whilst building a new family home, whilst that was being built we employed them again to fit Control 4 and AV systems in a second home we’d purchased. When committing to a smart home the most important thing after the initial design and installation is the ongoing support and knowing that any problems that may crop up are dealt with quickly and efficiently; I can wholeheartedly say JPAV have never let us down. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so in the future and will hopefully work with them again sometime.
