“The specific thing that she does is give you the tools. You begin to learn actual things to do, to know how to lead, how to be a supervisor. She has implemented in our organizations just some value, some cultural specific things that our staff needs, that our organization has needed to flourish. Today, during a supervisor's meeting, one of my directors said that she uses every day some of the tools to start her day that Julie has given us. She went into a meeting and prepared herself before going into that meeting by using two words to describe how she wanted to start the meeting. And she received that through Julie's directions.
