“You know, if I was in that position of thinking about whether or not to invest the time and the money into this comms club, I would do it again, hands down, without a doubt, no hesitation. Because it's something, just being a part of it for a few months. I am already a more confident communicator and strategic partner for my church. It's been a wonderful thing knowing that when I take a plan to leadership or to the executive team, that I've already had other eyes on it, other experts vetting it, and that is something I. I truly appreciate. Plus, it's great to have Julie's. I mean, she's got decades of great experience that she pours into all of us, but she also brings along other experts that help us to level up in a lot of different areas. So I'm enjoying that and looking forward to more of that as well. But I think the thing that I value probably the most is just being surrounded by other people who get it in this club that are also stretched thin or overwhelmed or on, you know, wanting to have a better plan for communications and strategy and just knowing that, you know, it may be tough sometimes doing what we do as a team of one. Often, I know I'm a team of one for our church and organization, but we're passionate about this. This is what we love to do. And so being surrounded by other people who are passionate about the beautiful work that we are doing that really does make a difference in the world is a wonderful thing that I truly love. And wait to look back at the end of the year and see all of the different goals and ways that this has just helped to level up things around our church and within the communications team that I get to lead.”
