Video transcript: I found Katie on Reddit. So I was just scrolling for different holistic kind of wellness experts who knew a lot about skin care and acne. And I found Katie and really she changed my life. Like she taught me how to properly eat and what foods work well for me, how to structure a meal, how to be kind to myself and how to use different kinds of supplements and really a long term care plan. So I'm super, super grateful for Katie and everything that she's taught me. It's really an investment in yourself. So I have no regrets in doing the program and it's something I'm going to carry with me forever.

Video transcript: But I think that when you are overwhelmed on acne and you keep thinking about it and thinking about it, it's only going to make the journey more difficult. Maybe taking these Band Aid solutions because I was desperate but not trying to really discover what was happening inside my body. So I thought I wanted to be congruent with myself and these are the things that I believed on. So that's why I decided I should give this a try. I'm excited to have a balanced lifestyle, to maintain a healthy lifestyle while having clear skin. And I don't feel that restricted. So really excited also that I was feeling better. I was feeling much better in terms of digestion. My skin was looking much better. Every now and then I had a little small breakout. But I was confident we are in the right path. So I'll keep going and not freak out. So I would say to trust the process also. It helped a lot that we have this community where we share how is everyone feeling or what's happening. It sound to me like I am doing the right things. I'm healing my body from the inside and it shows up in some strange ways sometime. But I was very happy to to found out.

Video transcript: I had acne since I was like 15 years old, maybe even younger at some point. It was just also getting worse. Even though I was trying more things than ever. It was just also like the social aspect of it, like going out with my acne. I just did not feel good in my body and I did my researches. So I looked at all your posts and this program to me just looked like so human. It just felt like it was going to be a place where I was going to be heard. And my skin, because it looks really good right now and I'm so grateful. And I'm. I mean, this is why I started the program, right? I still want to say that it was fun because I just. I've learned so much and like all the knowledge that I have right now will like, stay with me and follow me in my whole life, which is so cool, I think, just to do it without even questioning yourself, because this is something huge that, that you will do for you. And as I mentioned before, like, is knowledge and this is like something so amazing that you will keep with you your. For your old life.

Video transcript: Last November, out of nowhere I just had chronic cystic acne and going from like clear skin to that horrible acne, it was just very debilitating. I was self isolating and just kind of sticking to myself. It really affected my relationships. Like even at work I would go to the office but like my head would be down and I would like quickly walk around because I didn't want people to talk to me and get a close look at my skin. So it just overall really affects your mental health. I found your I think from Instagram algorithms they I came across your page Katie, the way that you carried yourself and I just felt like very relatable. Like now I can show up as my best self. I feel more confident. I feel like I can bring my best energy to myself so feel lighter and happier and joyful and find all these little joys in life that I used to have. Well, I couldn't recommend this program enough. Like I am the biggest fan and I would say 1000% joined.

Video transcript: I was at a point where I didn't want to go out in public. I was having an active flare of perioral dermatitis. I'd been dealing with acne for, I would say, the greater part of a decade. And when you have something that's so visible going on that, you know, the first thing people look at is your face, especially people you don't know. If you're just in the grocery store, you know, you have to ask someone, someone where something was. I used to be the person that would roam around the store for 10 minutes before asking somebody because I, my face looked so terrible. You know, I had been to countless other dermatologists. I had done chemical peels and, you know, probably thousands and thousands of dollars on topicals and treatments that way, but had never really worked from the inside out. I, I've never really struggled with mental health, and I, you know, I feel pretty blessed to say that, but when it does starting to start affecting you, it. It's really life changing. I think two weeks before I had a call with Paige, I had had like my first ever true panic attack. And I think a lot of that was just anxiety related to kind of what I was going through on my skin, but then how it was affecting my mood as well. And I said, you know what, I'm just going to kind of give this one last shot. I, I was lucky. I think around three or four months, I really started to turn around. And I've had acne, like I said, for over a decade, but it can take a lot of time and everybody is so different. So just have patience.
