I dont know where I was going with some of measurements tho lol , i knew I wasn't measuring right so I shortened 2 of them and they look and feel GREAT!! love the moonstone One especially with the variety of the stones in different shapes and colour ❤️❤️ Yess! And the way im in the process of loosing weight and ofc as a women we can fluctuate during that time of the month lol 💁🏽‍♀️. But they are perfectly layered now and so pretty! I feel in my ultimate divine feminine energy even when im dressed in house clothes ❤️😂 I definitely will be purchasing some more when these have served there purpose or I feel like switching up the energy and colour combo 🙏

Ebony Omolara is a great young woman from organising Fridays team meetings and making sure all team are understood of there tasks and deadlines. To managing an inside and outside events for particular organisations Fridays worked such as the commonwealth games and more. Highlights not mentioned - Fridays choir participation - Fridays youth night participation - Working with local organisations such as @skint2mint also, another youth owned organisation

Ebony volunteered to help me with my business Skint2Mint. On the day Ebony arrived early to the venue where Skint2Mint was being launched. We briefly spoke about how the event was going to be run. Then Ebony went above and beyond by setting up decorations, welcoming in guests and being a all round organised person. I would highly recommend Ebony to be considered for any team if you're looking for results, competence and respect.

I worked under Ebony in her company, Ebony Omolara Enterprises, as an intern for 10 months. Ebony is not just a hard worker but she is also diligent and aims to help others whenever possible. She gains pleasure in seeing others grow and develop both personally and professionally. I am a beneficiary of her obliging nature.

Ebony took on the Marketing Strategy for our event, with full enthusiasm and was the voice of reason when decisions needed to be made. Her hardwork, diligence and can do attitude galvanised the team and created a harmonious environment.

This was such a great read! What an uplifting book on femininity that allows the reader to really delve deep into their idea of what a woman represents, whilst also demonstrating this through the art of poetry and thoughts. It was also a great touch to learn more about waistbeads and what they represent. Great knowledge on how this intertwines with self love and healing and can really teach a lot! I will definitely be going to the Cultured Waist website after this!

I had an absolutely wonderful, feel-good afternoon thanks to Ebony of Cultured Waist. Ebony introduced us to Waist Beads. Traditionally the meaning of these beads depends on the tribe. They are mainly seen as an attractive piece for a partner’s attention. However Ebony suggested we use them as a way of appreciating and being kind to ourselves. The colours of the beads have specific meanings. I chose red beads for strength, white for honesty, pink for love and green for health. By wearing the waist beads, we are reminding ourselves of their messages. Additionally they act as positive affirmations of who we are. As well as having a very relaxed time making our own waist beads, we looked at the topics of body positivity, confidence and self love and had many interesting and inspiring conversations. A fabulous workshop. Highly recommend.
