I would describe Mauricio as a responsible, passionate and hardworking human being. I worked with Mauritio for about a year or so on a project a couple of years back for a university. The project which I wanted to touch base here is something which was very hard to deliver. A lot of people tried in past failed. They were not able to plan. Then it came to him. He picked up the challenge and he worked to a level where we all can see that it could be a breeze for us to deliver. Although there were some hurdles came unplanned. But till he is with you, you have the confidence that I can deal with it. He went like extra mile by talking to a lot of folks, talking to stakeholders, cross teams, cross universities to get the right information for us. And with all the effort of him, we deliver it on time and everybody appreciated it. So this is one amazing thing he can see far in future he can remove all issues which you can face is to make sure that you are successful in what you are trying to do. Video transcript: My name is Terry McCabe and I run the private clients team at McCabe's Lawyers in Sydney. And that's how I got to know Mauricio originally. He came to me as an estate planning client. And, yeah, things went from there, as you can imagine, running the private clients team, I come across an enormous number of people, but with Mauricio, he has gone from being a client to a person whose company I really enjoy, I seek out, and I really like to catch up with. And the reasons for that are I think that initially when you meet Mauricio, you see the classic South American qualities that he certainly has, and they are intensity, warmth, enthusiasm and passion. And he has all of those in abundance, and they're very endearing. But as you get to know Mauricio better, you see special qualities and characteristics that I really value. And these are what sustains us through more difficult periods that I've seen Mauricio in. And those values that Mauricio has in abundance are respect. He certainly listens to anything that a person brings to the table and carefully considers that he has integrity. So that when a situation that comes along that challenges him, you know that he will make a decision based on truth and honesty. And he also has courage, because often to make decisions which are values based in a materialistic society can be difficult, and it can make it difficult to make the right choice from time to time. And so for those reasons, I go out of my way to share Mauricio's company. And whenever I do, I find it a really valuable experience. He's a person who I like in so many ways, and I know that if he was providing any service at all, he would bring those same values to that service. And so for that reason, I'd have no trouble at all in recommending Mauricio as highly as I possibly could. He's one very special man, and I'm pleased to say he is also an amiga. Good luck.

Video transcript: You. Hi, I'm Sudakan Nampali from Sydney, Australia. I met Mauricio at the University of Technology, Sydney. I worked with him on an important and urgent project during COVID-19 times. It was a complex and high pressure project with unmovable deadline due to the gravity of the situation. At that time, Mauricio was the project manager. He encouraged the team team very well and has given the full freedom to the team on the project. Even though it was a high pressure project, mauricio did not micromanage the team yet had the full control on the project which was delivered on time. He managed internal and external stakeholders very effectively to achieve the best outcome in the project. It was very well appreciated by the students and staff at all levels, all the way to the Vice Chancellor. The project went on to win Vice Chancellor's Award too. Apart from Mauricio's project management skills, technical skills and professionalism, he's a kind person down to earth and a good gentleman. I wish Mauricio all the very best in every walk of his life.

I applied to be part of a software company that were using I was building enterprise websites using most of the top common frameworks at that time. Remember they were using WordPress, Drupal, that stuff. I was very nervous. One of the first times I just wanted to be part of a software company. But Mauricio made me feel so comfortable. So I can brought my ideas and proposals. He's very easy going. Yeah. I was then offered to be part of the strategy team to develop a proposal to the local customers. At that time here in Cali, Columbia. Just put that in context. It was my first attempt to be part of a server company. I was very junior programmer, so it was really nervous. But that experience no doubt allows me to grow significantly fast. And I can say Mauricio just opened that door to do that. I always want to do things that I was passionate to do. And through Mauricio, I just can develop ideas to grow professionally. So thanks Marisa, for that. I can say nowadays I'm a software engineer of one of the top United States software companies. I'm working as a senior programmer. So I can say Maurice is one of the most proactive person I met. He's just full of new ideas. He always brings ideas that we can I don't know, that can sounds like crazy idea. But the most important for me is that Mauricio dares to do things that others don't. So that's very important. And I can finally say I highly recommend Mauricio to be part of whatever he wants to be. I can say that he just could disrupt any business model and make it grow, no doubt.
