Video transcript: Hi. So I thought I would record a quick video response to Maya's questions on why I decided to join scalability and not any of the other offers. I think for me it was just a natural good fit. I love Maya's values. I've listened to all of the podcast episodes, I've done some of the other offers, and I just feel like Maya's way of breaking things down and explaining things just really, really works for me. So I'd seen it come and go, I think the year before and I didn't feel ready. And then this year it was like a stretch to feel ready, to feel like I could take up that space, but I wanted to do it. Me and my husband discussed it and I was like, okay, like this is it, we're going in. And it was the best decision I could have made. It was just absolutely incredible from start to finish. So being able to be held in support such an expansive container, around 5k, 25k and 50k months was huge for me because I was at that time I'd hit a couple of 7k months UK pounds, but anything other than that just felt wild, like expansive and wild. And could this even be possible? So leaning into Maya, who I trust implicitly, and understanding how it had been possible for Maya and the building blocks of how to get there without burning out was just incredible. It took me some time to implement and I ended up jumping in again for a second year after I'd done a lot of the implementation and scaled up. So now I'm between like 10 and 15k months, depending on what's going on. And I think, you know, just having the skill set to understand my office suite the way I do now through scalability has been the most incredible thing. So I didn't realize that I was running a low ticket membership. I. I didn't realize that, you know, mid ticket offers could bring in over a third of my income. I didn't really give too much energy to affiliates or my own affiliates or other software and things like that. So learning about all of that within the business ecosystem was super, super helpful in terms of my time and schedule. So I really try and take three days off now, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And what's really helped me do that is the time analysis and task analysis which is in the program. And Maya explains that so well. And every time I feel myself slipping into that kind of trap of wanting to do more and wanting to push harder, I go back to the time analysis and just being really smart with my time. I think in Terms of what is possible, I now feel definitely more expansive with charging in for higher ticket offers, how low ticket works for me, how mid ticket works for me. That sort of stuff's been brilliant. And I am just proud of myself for like hitting that six figure year, you know, it was a real aspiration, but I didn't really think I would be able to get there. And then with scalability, it like it all just happened after I'd implemented all of Maya's lessons. And in terms of stacking income and stacking memories, well, like, here I am in my conservative. So it's a Wednesday morning, got builders starting on a new garden office. My puppy's here, she's quite sleepy. The kids are at school. And I just feel like now, whereas I was always weaving stuff in, I have my solid work times. I know what I'm doing. I know business is a roller coaster and I just try and embrace the joy in all of that and the fun in all of that. So if you are thinking about heading into scalability and you're wondering about the impact that it could have on you personally, professionally, and also in terms of your holistic approach to life and work, it is such a good program for that and I couldn't recommend it more. I just think Maya's incredible. She's so inspirational and just, I love how she shares really openly about the lessons and where the lessons come from in her. I love all of the mindset training as well. And I always go back to it, like, I'll quite often just put it on when I'm on a dog walk. So, yeah, it's brilliant. If you're thinking about it, I would say definitely get yourself in there. You're going to make your money back tenfold. So. So if the investments feel stretchy like it did for me, just know that it is what you need to build the firm foundation that you need for your business longer term. And it's not just a like, oh, I might get one lesson out of this. Like, it's gonna reshape everything. All the ways that you do business, all the ways that you show up, your relationship with online work and life, and your tolerance for risk as well. So, yeah, get in there.

Video transcript: Hi, I'm Caroline. Whenever I joined Scalability, I was making pretty consistent 15, 10, 15k months, but I was pretty stuck in my business. I was very, very, very much overwhelmed with one on one clients. I was just really loving all the client work, but it was becoming overwhelming and I could not really see a way out of scaling without just burning myself out. I was working, I mean 12 hour days. I was feeling pretty st my routine. And so that's why I joined Scalability, because I knew I could do more and I know my business was meant for more instead of just this constant burnout cycle that I was in. And so I joined and just. Maya is incredible with laying out step by step, breaking down exactly what you're going to do or how you can customize it for your business to scale. I literally have bought probably every single one of her offers for just that reason is it's explained in a way that's doable and just gives you a breath of fresh air because you know it's possible for you and she gives you the tools and resources and examples that you need to make it happen. So after I had joined, it gave me the push to create my membership. And so that's basically a content calendar that goes out every single week with trends and ideas and it was a one to many offer and that absolutely changed my business and the way I was able to add an extra income stream and not put more work on myself. So that absolutely changed my business. And I also was able to this past two years live out of my suitcase and travel the world while running my business. So I have my agency side, but I also have just an offer suite that is so much more scalable than it was when I started. And it was the knowledge that Maya shared that I feel like really gave me the confidence to take the leap and feel excited about the next step steps and excited about what I'm offering to my clients. And I'm also able to serve more people and have a bigger impact because of what I learned. So getting to travel the world now has been an absolute dream come true and getting to run my business hand in hand. So stacking memories. Sorry Maya, I don't. But whatever it is, stacking income, stacking memories, that is literally what I've been able to do the past two years because of having a more scalable offer suite. Video transcript: I joined scalability when I was first starting out in my business. I had like 300 followers, hadn't made a single sale yet. And scalability really helped me get that like structure and clarity on what to focus on and how to build a really solid foundation for my business. And now a year and a half later, like I still go back and find myself, right, referencing videos that either I already watched or new videos that are now relevant to the stage of business that I'm at. And it does a really good job of just giving you that like foundation of how to build out systems and how to build out your business in a way that you eventually don't have to spend all day running your business inside of your business. And I've been in other coaching programs by other people that like talk about having sales calls and those structures. And I'm creating this business in order to step away from those one on one calls. And scalability has really helped figure out how, which systems to put into place in order to make that happen. And so now I have systems in place that I don't have to be like actively in my business to know that people can purchase from me at any time. And Maya adds so much value to her programs and everything that she teaches inside just makes sense and is super easy to follow. I assume that we're all busy busy business owners here and it is amazing to be able to go actively do something for yourself while listening to education that's going to help your business. And one of the biggest tipping points for getting me to join scalability is the Q and A that Maya gives. I like the ability to be able to ask questions that are specific to my business and know they're going to get answered. And the level that Maya goes with answering questions is probably one of the best that I've seen from a coach or a program that I've purchased because she gets very specific for my business and I also appreciate the honesty that she gives with the questions. I never felt like I was getting any fluff, but actually getting stuff that was going to help me grow and build my business. Video transcript: Hello, my name is Sarah Schreiber. I am a therapist in private practice and I specialize in group therapy. And I have a consulting business called Groups in Private Practice, where I teach therapists how to start therapy groups in their practice. And when I joined Scalability, I was trying to figure out how to scale my course beyond what I was currently doing. I really wanted to learn more about funnels and I really wanted to learn more about how to just get those daily sales without needing to live launch, basically. So I wanted to take my course, turn it into an evergreen, and then also do some live launches and. Or not do live launches. I'm sorry. I wanted to do some. So take my course, turn it into an evergreen, and then I wanted to be able to make daily like lower ticket sales and just do. Do the whole funnels thing. I didn't really understand that. When I joined scalability, I dove right in. I learned everything I could learn from Maya. I think she is brilliant. Brilliant. And I was able to completely, completely just expand, like literally scale what I was doing. I now make daily sales. This past weekend, on a Saturday, I looked at my phone at the end of the day and I had made $1,400 without checking my phone. I was out with my family. I was pushing my daughter at the park on the swings, and all in that time, I made $1,400. I am such a believer in scalability. I think it's amazing. I continue to be just so blown away with what I've been able to build and create and develop based on what I've learned from Maya. So highly recommend definitely join scalability. I think it really has changed my. It's changed the trajectory of my business.
