NHI Sacramento Campus Massage School Wall of Love

An excellent experience. All staff Instructors and administrators . Very helpful ..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely the best massage school in the area. The instructors are knowledgeable, hands-on, and truly care about your growth. The curriculum is well-structured, and the environment is professional. The entire staff is supportive, and a special shoutout to Shawn, his depth of knowledge, patience, and genuine kindness make every class better.

NHI is a Great organization with an incredible support team!

I graduated from this school in August 2020. During my time away working as a massage therapist and coming back to get career information, I always feel welcome and the staff and students are always eager to help me. Now I work here and I am so happy and proud of working here as a teacher, because this school taught not only massage skills; I also learn important life skills to make me the person I am today. Super grateful and proud.

shoutout to MS PENNY!!! U ROCK!!

NHI is an amazing school, and I love the programs and how everything is but together, and they are always there for the students. So, what would do if failure were not an obstacle?

National Holistic Institute was absolutely life changing. From all the amazing staff to welcome and invite you to the instructors who all genuinely truly care about your success in this path. I came to this school from a new state knowing absolutely no one to feeling like I ended with a full cup. A new career, a new support system with new friends(now family) to me. I now have the absolute honor and pleasure to say I work for this school as a newer instructor only showing that this has become my home away from home. And I’m honored to share this knowledge with the newer therapists to pave our path.

Michael (NHI Group 78) is the Truth! Walked Out on a New Leg. Yo, gotta shout out Michael from NHI, Group 78. Straight up, I just walked out feeling like I got a brand new leg. This ankle sprain has been buggin' me for years, low-key, but the last few months it's been straight stressing me and my whole routine. Michael handled biz, gave me that work, and now the mobility is fire. Real talk, if you're dealing with old injuries that keep creepin' back, he's the one to go see. He turned a years-long problem into an instant win. Much respect!

Eugenia is amazing!!! Thanks so much.

Everyone was wonderful and accommodating. Any questions I had were addressed and answered. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Everyone was very friendly and polite, I felt really welcome

I had the most amazing massage from Pebbles last night. So many knots were released and I don’t feel beat up today! The students have all been professional and courteous. I will be back!

My sister is about to enroll this school. Helpful staffs.

My massage therapist Kris T did an amazing job on my shoulders, calves and the pinch in my rt shoulder. Thank you Kris.

Had a 50 minute massage with Massage Therapist Abel. He was polite and checked in throughout the massage. Pressure was prefect and exceeded expectations.

I had a wonderful experience visiting NHI. Mikayla gave me an amazing tour — she was incredibly informative, answered all of my questions in detail, and truly was a ray of sunshine as she explained the ins and outs of the program. Her warmth and enthusiasm made me feel instantly welcomed and excited about the journey ahead. Ta’Lana was equally fantastic. She took the time to patiently walk me through the different financial aid options, explaining everything about tuition and payment with clarity and care. I really appreciated her thoroughness and kindness throughout the process. Both Mikayla and Ta’Lana made my day brighter with their genuine support and positive energy. I left NHI feeling informed, encouraged, and excited for what’s to come. Thank you both!

I just had a massage with Lexi, and I am genuinely blown away. She may be a student, but her skill and intuition far exceeded my expectations. She has an incredible gift — it truly felt like she was pulling the stress right out of my body. I walked out not only relaxed, but emotionally lighter, like I could have cried from the release. One of the best massages I’ve has in a long time. Lexi has a real talent for this work, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Cute little school.

This school has some of the best staff I have ever experienced and the graduates from this location leave having some of the highest level knowledge and quality of touch that I have ever felt!

Wonderful campus and staff.

As a graduate of NHI I can personally attest to the devotion and commitment of the instructors and Staff, they work so hard helping students to learn and understand the material. As a ANMT graduate I have an understanding of the human body in ways I never imagined. Thank You NHI Sacramento, you rock!!

I’ve been visiting the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento as a client for roughly 3 months, and I can’t recommend it enough. The students are incredibly professional, and you can tell they’re being trained by top-notch instructors. Each massage is tailored to your needs, and the attention to detail is impressive. They offer two types of massages - Eastern and Western styles - so make sure to call ahead to find out which type is currently being offered that day. The clinic environment is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Plenty of free parking spaces. They also have restrooms available for clients - just make sure to ask the front desk for the restroom code or key. The students are skilled, and their enthusiasm for learning really shines through in their work. It’s a fantastic way to receive quality massages at an affordable price while supporting the students’ growth.

They are very thorough in preparing students. We have been very happy with NHI

Thank you NHI for this experience you changed my life for the better and I'm so grateful for all the staff and instructors, love you NHI. 😍

During my last 10 months of education here, I can definitely say that the staff and instructors have been very helpful. They WANT to see you succeed and will be there for you every step of the way. It’s been a very informative program and has provided a career that I have always wanted :)

Clean location and professional check in. I travel quite a bit for work so I buy giftcards whenever they have a sale. This is the best school for availability of days and times and only assume it’s because amount of students. I have had multiple massages by Kenzie and she is great! Only complaint is she is graduating soon!

Awesome experience!!

Love this school the staff is always ready to jump in and help. The teachers love what they teach and the environment is open and friendly. If you do not want to take my word then come in for a class and experience it yourself you will not regret it

This school has been such a great opportunity. The staff is so knowledgeable, caring, and advanced trained that it benefits the student immensely. My mentor Penny is wonderful to learn from and has such a great background; not to mention motivating. All the staff, including the Admin, are absolutely 💯 there to help you find and meet your goals. -N. Doohan

This experience has been nothing short from AMAZING! Ms Penny is amazing and I would not have made it this far without her being my teacher. She made this experience worth every (literal) Penny, every tear, every hard day. She has made me as a person feel worth all the space I take. I’m only half way through this program. (Woot woot yo senior segment!) but I look forward to continuing to grow and learn from not just from her but every Amazing instructor here at NHI 💜 Justin!!! Amy, Alicia, Ms Patty, Kam I am so grateful of you all and how you’ve been apart of every step of this journey. You all are truly living apart of your purpose. To think I’d be here today, last year this time, I’d laugh. Now being apart of this program and the experience I can only extend gratitude for you all!

As an alumni of National Holistic Institute (NHI), I am thrilled to share my experience and the profound impact it had on my journey in the massage industry. NHI provided me with the essential foundation and core fundamentals that have propelled my growth and success in this field. The curriculum at NHI was meticulously designed to encompass a wide range of massage techniques and therapeutic approaches. From the moment I stepped foot in their classrooms, I knew I was in the hands of experienced and dedicated instructors who were passionate about their craft. Their expertise, coupled with their genuine commitment to my learning, helped me develop a solid understanding of the art and science of massage therapy. One aspect that truly stands out about NHI is the emphasis they place on hands-on training. Theory alone can only take you so far, but at NHI, we were given ample opportunities to practice our skills in a supervised and supportive environment. The school provided a variety of practical experiences, such as clinical rotations and internships, which allowed us to work with real clients and gain invaluable practical knowledge. This hands-on approach fostered a deep sense of confidence and competence within me, and it has been an invaluable asset throughout my career. Even after completing my program, NHI continues to be a source of inspiration and support. The school has created a vibrant community of alumni and professionals who remain connected long after graduation. Their commitment to nurturing and fostering our growth extends far beyond the classroom, with ongoing career counseling and networking opportunities. I am grateful for the continuous resources and guidance that NHI provides, as they have played a significant role in shaping my professional path. Looking back, I can confidently say that choosing National Holistic Institute was one of the best decisions I made for my career. The education and experience I gained have become the solid foundation upon which I continually build and refine my skills. The knowledge and techniques I acquired during my time at NHI have proven to be invaluable, and I consistently draw from them in my practice. If you are considering a career in massage therapy and seeking a school that will provide you with exceptional training and an unwavering commitment to your success, I wholeheartedly recommend National Holistic Institute. From the moment you step through their doors, you will be embraced by a community dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Trust me when I say that your experience at NHI will be transformative and set you on a path of growth and fulfillment in the industry.

I had a 100 minute massage at NHI Sac Campus and it was great! As a professional athlete with prior injuries, student Sabrina G did an excellent job and I feel great! I highly recommend NHI.

If you’re wondering what to do with your life, love helping people, have pure intentions, an eagerness to learn, and a desire to LOVE what you do… NHI IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Currently, I am a graduate from the Core Program at NHI and in less than a month, I graduate from the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program (ANMT). I find myself reflecting on what a beautiful journey it’s been attending NHI and some of the most meaningful friendships that have blossomed along the way. That leads me to one of the most incredible Mentors I’ve ever had through all my education: Ms. Penny. The seemingly effortless way she’s able to unite so many strangers and the intention behind her teaching and technique is unmatched. The willingness she has to meet you where you are and truly go that extra mile to ensure you understand the material is Top Notch. Best Quality. Ms. Penny is a significant piece of a very strong team: Justin, Ms. Pattie, Ms. Amy, Kam, Jonna, Raquel, Jackie. Alicia and Eamon are my current mentors for the advanced N.M.T. Program and I couldn’t have been more fortunate with the timing and my placement in this program. I enjoy the fun way they teach, their understanding and true care for each individual, and encouragement throughout these past 5 months. You all have made such a difference in my life and allowed a space for me to be authentically me and allow myself to learn to the best of my abilities. I can’t quite explain my gratitude, but with all my Joy… Thank you. I guess what I’m trying to convey is that NHI has changed my life and helped me become a skilled and Certified Massage Therapist AND Health Educator- allowing me to live out what I was placed on this planet to do. NHI and Staff have been a literal part of me finding and living out my PURPOSE!

Massage therapy was not my first thought, but I know I have a passion for learning about the body and becoming a trainer. I say that to say I'm glad I have massage therapy under my belt as my first step. It's something I can always carry with me and show my family how to maintain the root work of the body. Best first step for me. -NHI Alumni

I did a Google search one day for Massage Therapy schools. I remember five schools popped up on my screen, NHI Sacramento campus was 1st on the list and the only link clicked. NHI SAC campus was and still is my second family and my group therapy too!! The Mentors, the office staff are all full of awesome sauce! They are super helpful and the best cheerleaders in your corner that want you to do well and succeed in Massage Therapy and their passion for what they love to do shows when they are either teaching you or just talking to you in the break room. From a recent Core grad, soon-to-be ANMT grad (July 25, 2024), to you, the one who is reading my review, Get out of your head and step into greatness!! You want the best of the best? To be taught by the best? Then what are you waiting for? WELCOME TO NHI!!

The ANMT program has changed the game for my knowledge, skills, and practice. It sets therapist apart from your average Joe. Highly Recommended if you want to work with athletes, medical patients, or to add more value to yourself. This Sacramento Campus is very special to all of the therapists that conquered our challenges during our 8 month core program all the way to our 5 Module 6 month Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. Shout out to the Wonderful staff that keeps the fire going, and cheers to the future.

I enjoyed my time at NHI. The staff members were beyond amazing and helpful. They really made me feel encouraged and supported my whole enrollment at NHI.!

Wow you guys are so amazing! I just can’t believe how amazing you guys are!!

NHI has changed my personal life completely. I have met people who are generous, kind, educated and have goals in their lives. That has helped me in my life because today, I can see that whatever you set your mind to and pursue can be done. NHI helped me open doors to make my own business doing what I love most.

Great massage at a reasonable price. This a massage training facility and students provide massages. No tips are accepted.

At the last minute, we have reached out to Jonna - their program director about possibly doing massages for our staff during our emergency Nurses’ Week. Without any hesitation , Jonna excitedly agreed. She said that they have been wanting to give back to the community and this would be a great way for their students to be able to volunteer and get their externship hours at the same time. It was such a huge success!! Our staff had so much fun and it was the Best ED nurses’ week we had to date. Thank you National Holistic Institute for the generous volunteerism of your time and talent. We are hoping to this again next year!! Thank you so much!!

Just graduated the Core program and am moving on to the ANMT program soon. Absolutely loved my NHI experience at the Sacramento Campus. The staff is phenomenal! I’be learned so much already and am looking forward to diving even deeper. Thank you!

NHI provided me with a nurturing, educational, and professional environment that ultimately resulted in my own business. Though structure is needed in some of the teaching aspects, overall it was a great education on anatomy and physiology. I owe it all to them.

I have enjoyed my experience.

Instructors are very knowledgeable in their field and are very welcoming. Any questions I had, they were able to help me find the answers I’m looking for.

Going to this school changed my life! The staff is amazing. I felt more than prepared to go out into the massage world and help people.

I went here group 70 & 71 I had the best experience with Ms Trena & Ms Alicia I did the Advanced Program too I highly recommend this School best Instructors Hands down the Dynamic Duo !! Highly educational & Passionate Instructors who truly care !!

National Holistic Institute's Massage Therapy program is the favorite educational experience of my life - I have multiple degrees (professional photography, BS & MS in Geology, Certificates in Software Process Improvement and CMMI from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple Six Sigma programs) and never before did I feel so supported in my learning. There is a lot of information, and by the time you are done with the program you are in a great position to be a fabulous massage therapist, but the pace that you are provided the information and support that you have during the learning process is so tremendous that it made learning so much both easy and fun! I especially enjoyed the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage program (which I took immediately after finishing the core program) because I learned how to be an even more amazing massage therapist through that program. There are many different possible schedules: evenings, weekends, or just weekdays, if that is your preference. Give NHI a call if you have any interest in becoming a massage therapist, you will be very happy that you did!

I attended NHI about a year ago and really enjoyed my time here. Well balanced curriculum and attentive teachers. You will be assigned a “mentor” but the class set up is interactive so you’ll meet other mentors along the way. Great way to connect with other like minded healers. The best part about this school is that are the teachers are incredibly caring and compassionate!

I was going through life without really knowing what I wanted to do. I went on a spiritual journey that led me to NHI, where I met the best people! My triple AAA Amy, Alicia, and Aubrey!! The best teachers ever and that was just the core!! ANMT was even better with the best teachers available in the country!! Alicia who is the most innocently Nebraskan you have ever done met. She is the nicest, adorkable person to exist.a sisterly vibe to her. Trena is a treasure who might come off intimidating but is super sweet and helpful so don't hesitate to reach out. Phil is super knowledgeable and will push you, also won't suger coat things but has only the best intentions with furthering the profession. The most welcoming and supportive thing I've ever been a part of. Never new a job could be so fulfilling ✨️ please come join the NHI alumni!!!

I graduated from NHI Sacramento just wanted to say thank you everyone is so sweet and polite my mentor Fred super amazing teacher no one will leave you hanging will help you with everything you need will make sure you understand everything. That was my peace time in school. Highly recommend if you thinking about massage this is the school

This place was a beautiful start to my massage career. My instructor Penny was amazing as well as many of the staff members. By the time it was graduation it had felt like my other home. I felt ready to get going in the field and I was equipped with knowledge to help others! Thank you NHI for everything!

Current Veteran Student, this school is as advertised. It is a safe space to learn, the staff goes above and beyond to see you succeed. There is no discrimination or judgement. The information is detailed and the experience to practice on the public is so essential. Would recommend to others. Penny is my amazing instructor.
