Video transcript: Hi, I'm Jonathan Blake, the chief operating officer at Baja Biz. I've been with the company since 2017 and it's been an incredible journey watching us grow from a small team to a large, thriving organization. I just wanted to take a few minutes to share how our partnership with Nextshore has been a key part of that journey. When I first joined Baha Biz, we were a small company with just one location and 74 employees. We had big dreams, but we were facing significant challenges in scaling our operations while maintaining high service standards. Personally, it was a daunting task, but one that I was very passionate about tackling. That's when we decided to partner with Nexure. Their team in Mexico was instrumental in managing our hiring processes, payroll and legal matters. This allowed us to focus on what we do best, providing exceptional customer support for our us corporate clients like Adidas and Fortune 500 insurance companies. I'd say one of the biggest impacts we noticed was the reduction in call center staff turnover by over 38%. By hiring better, more committed and suitable candidates from Mexico, we saw a significant improvement in employee satisfaction and also retention. Another remarkable achievement was the increase in us customer satisfaction by 24% in just one quarter, which was incredible. Seeing our company grow from one location to five with over 10, 30, 38 employees has been incredibly fulfilling. It's not just about the numbers, though. It's about the positive work environment and the professional growth opportunities we've been able to provide to our team. Our mexican team members have integrated seamlessly with our operations, bringing in their unique strengths and perspectives. I'd say that I remember the early days, working late nights and weekends, and to see where we are now with such a diverse and dedicated team is truly rewarding.
