Our goal was to find out if there were any differences in subscriber retention rates for customers coming in with Promotion A vs Promotion B. We were testing new strategies and on the surface the numbers were looking great but we wanted to be able to dig in a bit deeper and understand long term trends. The team at Nozzle went above and beyond, providing us with extra support and creating custom dashboards to help us get the answers we were looking for. Turns out, the 3 month retention rates of specific subscriber cohorts were lower than expected and we were able to pivot thanks to this finding.
