Definitely worth a read!
Rated 5 out of 5
Loved this poetry collection. It was very thought out and the poems will always have my heart. The language and everything was quite on point. It made me question my surroundings, the people I 'hated' and the people I 'loved'. But most of all it didn't shy away from making me question me or rather some parts of me. Very few books can leave me staring at the wall and the poems do so by making me realise above all I have feared loving myself, so yeah... also the metaphors were great and gave a slice of life. Overall, it's definitely worth a read.

I felt alive as me...

This book, omg. It has made me question my surroundings, the people I 'hated' and the people I 'loved'. But most of all it didn't shy away from making me question me or rather some parts of me. I thought romance books were the only ones that could make me realise all that I am worth and that I shall be loved until this book which has made me question as to why I feared loving myself and putting love and acceptance out there. It has made me realise that I am not fighting against the world. This book has left me truly amazed at how I lived through as a rose, as the flames of a candle, as the moon itself or as a demon divinized but it has made me accept parts of me that I hid away in pandora's box and would not dare open which is why while reading some of this poetry I felt alive as me...

As a first attempt, it's quite a nice collection of short poems. In some of the poems such as 'naive,' 'sparkled,' being you,' and 'stranger me,' the author has managed to convey depth and poignancy that is quite remarkable! Kudos for the effort
