My name is Daniel Vasquez. I work at Vasquez Trucking, Inc. And I work in operations. What were your operations like before Port Pro? Before Port Pro, it was very hectic, very disorganized. A lot of manual data entry, a lot of manual documentation. And then how do your operations change after Port Pro and any specific results you can highlight. After Port Pro, we were able to dispatch drivers to the driver app. We were able to collect a lot of documents without manually scanning them. We're able to give our customers a view, a live view of all their containers, all their shipments, and it kind of really just created a very modern feel and modern environment for our company. Why would you recommend Por Pro to another drage carrier? We would recommend Port Pro to another drage carrier just because we think it cleans up a lot of the messes that us as drage operators make, kind of prevents a lot of mistakes from happening, and it keeps us really organized and gives a customer a better experience at the end of the day.

My name is Jennifer Umana. I work for Harbor Pride, and my title is Account Manager. What were your operations like before Port Pro? Before Port Pro, we used to work just paperwork. So how did your operations change after Port Pro and any specific results you can highlight? It was one system where everybody was able to see everything that was going on, like dispatching the drivers, the customer service, the pickup appointments that we had. It's easy for the drivers to upload paperwork to follow up with their next load. And for pickup appointments and everything, check availability. You guys secure pickup appointments for us, track the containers. So it's the easiest system in the market at the moment.

I'm Corey Peters. I am the CFO of Best Dredge. What were operations like before Port Pro? Not nearly as efficient as they are now. Any specific results that you can highlight? Yes, we became a lot more automated than we were before. Our dispatchers and our customer service team are a lot more efficient than they were. Billing all across the board. Everything has been much, much better than it was before. Why would you recommend Port Pro to another drage carrier? Because I think it's the best TMS on the market right now. We would recommend Port Pro to other drayage carriers because we think that they could be a lot more efficient using Port Pro. Why would someone not use Port Pro? Stuck in their ways that just don't want to change. Not really sure why they wouldn't.

My name is Daryl. I'm the CEO of Canaan Express. So what were your operations like before Port Pro? We had everything done manually and in different places. Now everything's centralized. Anything specific that you can highlight? By responding to customers faster, we build much faster. Orders got entered automatically. Those are great results. Why would you recommend Port Pro to another drayage carrier? I'd recommend Port Pro to another drayage carrier because it will help reduce a lot of manual tasks and make things a lot more accurate. Why would someone not use Port Pro? Someone wouldn't use Propro because they like doing a lot of arduous manual tasks.

Can you tell me kind of what your drage operations look like? Before 4 Pro, it was in a word. In a word, it was different. It was not as modern. I guess you could say old school. Trouble. Yeah, it was a game changer. Changed our lives. Running 70 drivers with one dispatch? No way. Mostly one guy could handle everything. With 4 Pro, it just simplifies everything. It makes it a lot easier. It's a click. Done. There's no system really out there that performance wise that you're going to be able to get what you need to get done as fast as you do. A PO wouldn't go back, that's for sure. You wouldn't go back? No. That's good to hear.

Can you just tell me a little bit about your life before Port Pro? Like, what were drage operations like? Oh boy, let's see. Windows 95 before, we would kind of struggle to dispatch next day to meet last three days to meet detention. It was the best decision. Wow. Tell me more. Why was it the best decision? We realized the pain points that we were running into with our previous tms. And then we started to understand what Port Bro had to offer. It was more than just a tms. It was a one stop solution. Just like us. Why would you not recommend Port Pro to someone? I would never not recommend Porto to somebody. I mean, I'm a firm believer in pushing for change and adaptability, and that's what Port Pro is. Yeah.

Tell me a little bit about, like, what your drayage operations were like before Port Pro. We were with a couple different companies before Port Pro. It was a struggle. It was definitely a struggle compared to being with Port Pro. Port Pro has automated a lot of stuff for us and has increased. The time that our invoices go out, the time from when the container is returned to the time the invoice is sent has dropped by probably 70%. Oh, wow. Yeah. So, like, what is that in terms of days we're now billing? Same day where we were billing, it was taking upwards of a week.

The main reason that we selected PortPro was because of our confidence that it can incorporate new technologies. Wherever we're trying to get rid of the days of Atari and maybe enter the Nintendo Switch era, get rid of the antiquated and operate with something that can continue to be updated onward. We're able to add new clients to existing customer service personnel, whereas before we would have added additional personnel. Our people are so tied up choosing PortPro. The people that we've worked with, they're phenomenal. They're so friendly, and most of all, they're so patient and tolerant.

My name is Miriam, I work from Parman Transportation. I'm the logistics manager. I do all the dispatching and customer service. What was it like before you had Port Pro and now after implementing it? Well, before, without giving out my age, I'm going to go way back. I had a fax machine and a typewriter. It's amazing what we're able to do now. Before we started using the program here we had a lot of people work. We were not able to work remotely and if you lost that piece of paper it was going to be very difficult for you to find it. Now it's amazing we are able to work from anywhere. I have actually worked from Guatemala and it's amazing to be able to communicate with the drivers and the customers. Time efficient. I mean it's amazing. My favorite feature is when they check the availability for you. Back in the day you would have to call every single terminal and check on every single container. Now I just click on there, click on that three day and it shows me all the containers available if they have any issues and it takes about five minutes.

My name's Emmanuel Crio, but everyone calls me Manny. I am the CEO of Talon Logistics Inc. A division of Talon Group. We have a broker division, Talon Freight Solutions, and we have our sister company alc, which is for yard storage for containers and trucks. We operate over 11 terminals across the nation. We have about 50 employees right now currently. But with our broker division, we tap into the over 250 drivers. Right now we currently have around 32 trucks in our asset division. And we're strictly asset in California just due to the whole AB5. We're based out of Chino, California and I've been in the industry for 1112 years. And this company was founded in 2007 and I bought the company in 2020. We, you know, pivoted, you know, from a legacy system to Port Pro. PortPro has been a blessing in disguise. It has streamlined our processes for our dispatchers, operations and billing department. Anyone that uses Port Pro, that process has been streamlined. That makes their job easier for them so they could tackle on the real agenda. Making sure we're doing our customer service, making sure we're growing. Cause we're in growth mode. So this is pretty exciting for me because I think when I was going over the whole review process on how much hours we're saving, I was like, mind blown. I was like, holy cow. Like we're saving this much, you know, this much hours, this much labor. For example, in total we're saving over 2,000 hours every year. Dispatcher saves about six to eight hours per week. You multiply that by, well, we have 13 dispatchers now and we're saving about 104 hours every week. What we're saving in those hours is the automated terminal interchanges. We don't have to scan those interchanges. Also the routing guides for the drivers as we dispatch these drivers onto their apps, they're able to upload the pods, upload, you know, their documentations for waiting time. They're able to close out their routings and then they don't manually have to go in there and you know, update those, those changes, those live updates, right? So all those hours from interchanges being automated, from our drivers able to, you know, live update on their app. That saves a lot of time. And then lastly too, the, the per diem. So you know, the per diems, you know, when we're trying to dispute we have those per diem fighter, we don't have to manually look through all our screenshots. Saving our computer. That's all automated in Port Pro system. That's a lot of time saving because that is a pain in the butt. Propro streamlines processes which is amazing. Drivers save about three minutes per round trip per load. They don't have to upload those interchanges from terminals. They're able to have the system do those entry level duties. The system handles that. And they're able to be more strategic. They're able to be more of a value add. Like how can I be a value add to our organization? By being more strategic, then our company becomes more of a value add to our customers. It's a trickle effect. The customer portal customers could go in and get visibility. They could view load documentations, they could view invoices they give you and we can actually communicate with them within that specific load, which is amazing for us, everything's automated. People for operation could be less reactive and more proactive by you know, on scheduling the driver's, you know, plan for the day and also scheduling appointment times. Everything's done into our, in our software and you know, versus back then we will have to text it, you know, those load information and that could cause human errors and we prevent that from happening and we're preventing all these automated appointment times with Port Pro. With all this cost saving for per diems for our customers. Portpro's driver mobile app, there's fewer calls and text messages. You know, what's the next dispatch, what's the next load? When we have all the loads pre dispatched on the driver planner on Port Pro system and then the driver is able to look on the scheduling for the day of what their loads are. So that saves us time, less human errors, right. You know, some people, I have pretty big fingers, you know, when you're taxing a driver, the load, right. Like you could, you could hit a one instead of a two, you know what I'm saying? But when you have everything automated through the system, you avoid those little hiccups like that. Our billing has been, you know, simplified. You could, you know, set up automated rates and have that pricing dynamics in Port Pro system. So say for example, you know, a container allocates on Monday and gates on Wednesday. The chassis will be, you know, build accordingly to those days when you have those pricing dynamics which is pretty easy to use and pretty easy to set up. I love the customized report. It's easy as you go into, you know, creating those load master reporting on Port Pro and you can pick and choose what columns you want. You know, you want co signing dates, last three days. You could tailor it to however you want it to and you can tailor it to your customer specifically. Like I said, every customer. For us, we have our own processes in place. And for systems to be able to customize and tailor those processes for us to make it easier for our customers, that's better. And it makes us. It makes us more of a value add to our customers. And that's why we appreciate what purple is able to do and where it's going with their technology. Once you go through that change, Purpro is like, it's amazing. If you want to save time, you want to enhance your business, you want to be more efficient, you want to provide more value to your customers, use this. Use this. Tms. You know, it has helped me scale my business. So if you want something that's bulletproof and something that's a system that has your back, I would recommend port proof.

My name is Brandon Tatum. I'm the Director of Operations for Dial Solutions. I oversee the operations for our brokerage division, trucking division and our warehouse. My top favorite feature is Track OS that really allows us to connect with the ports, understand the ETAs of the vessels coming in, and how to plan out our work week. Another feature that I really love about Dreos is our driver's ability to utilize the electronic documents so they can get signatures right on their smartphones or devices and quickly upload those into the shipment so they can move on to their next load. The other workflow change is communication with our brokerage carriers so they since they can utilize Drayos as a free TMS option, it allows us to electronically receive our documents from our partner carrier groups and have that information on hand when we need it so we can bill the customers properly. It was a simple process so we were using another provider before and we were able to implement in a relatively short period of time which and the transition from our previous technology to our new technology was really quick and easy for both our dispatchers, planners and drivers to understand. It feels like it's brought the team on the exact same page with the instant updates. As soon as our drivers pick up a load. It allows that update to flow freely into ship OS and then our planners can kind of move on and give their customers updates as needed. Drivers love Port Pro. When they wake up in the morning they can see their daily plan laid out for them and then the ease of use with the documents. Being able to electronically upload them saves them time at the end of the day rather than having to meet with their dispatcher, scan in or take pictures of their documents and turn them in at the end of the day. The electronic versions of our In n Out tickets as well has sped up that process for our drivers. The dispatching team loves to be able to see all of their information on one screen. It allows seamless communication with the drivers so they can solely rely on the TMS to provide them with updates. The geofencing allows them to know exactly when they've checked into a shipper's yard and when they've hooked to a container. All of these status updates have really helped them to understand where the drivers are at within the process. The charge set breakdown has also made it easier on our dispatchers with the ability to understand our accessorials and have exceptions applied automatically. It allows our dispatchers to bill on the back end quickly. As a startup, I would definitely recommend Port Pro to any company. The ability to be able to scale to meet your customer demands and to have all of your information housed in one. TMS has really allowed us to do more with less. It's improved our efficiencies with our team, given us access to information and reporting, and allowed our team, I think, on average, to free up about 150 hours a month of not having to do document uploads, scanning in items, everything like that. It's really put the everybody at Dial Solutions on the same page.

My name is Darren Randall. I'm the fleet manager for Dray Fleet US Corporation. We have a total of nine employees. We have five drivers and five trucks. We're based out of Savannah, Georgia. We actually completed one year of operations here at this very site. Well, it gives us access right away so we can answer questions and have visibility for anything that one of our bcos may need. I can access the pod, the click of a button, and send that over to someone if they need it. If they don't have access to the Port Pro, One of the best features is everything. The availability of a container. I can see that right away if it's available. Also, if something's released from the port, I can see that as well. I can see what drivers doing what because I actually input their names and assign everybody to a container, and I have access to that. Visually, Customer service is great. They're able to help us out with all of our needs. I can either do that over the phone or do that via Zoom call. We can actually access each other's computer and they can help out with something. If I have a problem navigating something or finding something on Port Pro, someone from Port Pro is there to help me out and solve the problems. Onboarding is actually great. We actually have a new driver that just started. She actually was able to upload the app and actually navigate through it within a day. I would definitely recommend Port Pro to anyone. I've actually used it with another company that I was affiliated with before coming here.

My name is Darrell. I work for Canaan Express. We've been using Port Pro for about a year now. We love Port Pro because we use it for dispatching for all of our customer service, for putting all our data in one place for billing. We love that it gives our customers visibility to their documents in real time. We love that the drivers, as soon as they upload their documents, my customer gets it. They get real time updates. They can provide their own tracking and we just give customers full visibility and full transparency to how their loads are being handled. SA.

By using Port Pro we really have experienced a great savings in office back office work. We don't have to keep all the documents, we don't have to copy, send them all that stuff. It's all electronic now. Much easier than the previous experience we had when we were on spreadsheets where office employees were going into several websites, getting information, getting appointments. You know, the connectivity wasn't there for our customer, but you know, the biggest savings we've seen is really in the back office. Having all those documents already recorded by the drivers was pretty fantastic. The first one is probably the driver planning tools where you can click and drag and drop drivers to load assignments. I think that really makes an impact on the level of training you need to give dispatchers. In the drayage world, everyone knows that it's very, very difficult to operate and understand all the different aspects that go into drage operations. And so being able to see it in a system, drag and drop to the right driver, it really makes a huge impact on our day to day operations. The appointment process, being able to automate the appointments was, was a huge factor in our decision. Deployment automation allows us to connect right to the locations we're picking up. So not only do we get the visibility of when the ship arrives, when the containers are available, but now we actually ask the system to go find the best appointment for us in a parameter and it sets that up for us seamlessly. Very easy process and it works extremely well. The driver app is really the connection tool to the system and to the customer. So we get the ability to have documents already downloaded into the system, we have quick visibility to it, the customer has visibility to it, we know exactly where the driver's at when they're there, we can track detention, demurrage, all those great things, right? And it's seamless. We really have much more visibility and especially at the end of the day, it's about providing the customer the visibility to see what's going on with their container at any time during the day. I would just say if you're looking for a TMS that provides instant connectivity, it provides good tracking, gives you a driver app, gives you all the tools that you need to move into the next century, and it's advancing daily. So the stuff that we see today gets better and better and better. Light years ahead of traditional TMS systems that really don't give you the ability to operate as seamlessly as Port Pro does.

Hi, my name is Sandra and I'm CFO here at GOH Express. Welcome to our office. So before Port Pro, we tried four different companies. As a growing small business, it's very difficult to find a tailored solution for you. Port Pro made it easy because everything was available, everything that we needed was there. History searches we could do, photographs we could do tracking for our drivers. Port really made it easy to scale up our operations. Some of the best features with Port Pro are multiple windows you can have. As you can see, I have three different windows. It's all on one same account. I can do my own customization to fit what I need as cfo. Dispatcher can have their own window and everybody can customize based on the information that they need. Another thing that's really cool now is the ability to send our customers a screenshot of the per diems. So now they're able to help fight those per diems and that makes us look really good. Before Port Pro, we had paperwork everywhere. We had pods, eirs, our daily manifest, we had billing information and everything was scattered everywhere. And there was no central focus. And if your customer wanted something, you had to wait for the driver to come back to base, scan it, and then send it to the customer. And now we don't have to wait. We can send the customer a reply back within 30 minutes or less. And it's fantastic. I would definitely recommend every single company to check out Port Pro and the solutions that they can provide for you. Whether you're just starting out and this is your first time dispatching, Port Pro allows you to scale your business in a way that you have access to the information that you need. So if you want to compete in in this business, you're gonna have to do data driven decisions.

How you doing? My name is Michael Wies. I work for Bound Logistics. I work here with Port Pro systems. One of the great features about Port Pro is you can see all your work. The layout gives you container numbers, drivers, their location, container sizes, last free day, appointment times. And one of the great things about it compared to other systems, since it's a fast system, works good, you get live update feeds from drivers. Compared to other systems that I use, you don't get live feeds of where drivers dropped off their locations, what they're doing, if they're dropping off an empty, picking up a load. So it's a great system, great program, very fast, nice layout, great. You can set up your system any way you want, how you want your page to look. So it's very versatile in different ways you can use it. Thank you. Have a great day.

So I do recommend this program for anybody out there that's in the trucking industry. Thank you. Go Cor Pro.

Hi, my name is Thomas. I oversee the driver pay and accounting here at Ricky's Transport Corp. We're a Southern California drayage company out of LA and Long Beach. Port Pro has actually helped us a lot since we started about eight months ago. It's really helped streamline our entire process. As far as drivers being able to get the information fast on their phones, on the driver app, them being able to upload documents, we're billing out probably in a few days. Before, it used to take us about two weeks to bill out a load. Now with the drivers being able to upload the documents right away, we're in a couple days now. Driver pay is a lot easier. It's a lot faster. Something that used to take us probably four days to do driver pay for a week is now taking us about one day, about eight hours. It'll take one person. Just confirming everything. I would definitely recommend port bro. If you have at least a couple trucks, it definitely helps in tracking and managing your containers, your imports and exports. The way we used to do it is Excel that once you get past a couple trucks, you're dealing with a lot of issue as far as deleted containers. You're not able to track what was going on, who deleted it, at what point it was deleted. Even if you've lost containers, you know, you could have containers sitting in the street for weeks before you realize, hey, it never returned. Thank you, guys. Recommend it. My man recommends it. Here I.

Hi everyone this is Roy. I'm from SW Global and I'm the manager and the dispatch of this company. We're gonna start using Port Pro and we have the training here today. It was awesome and perfect. One of the famous thing I see today is when you take a picture of the pod or the ingate all gate ticket it scan the ticket perfectly you don't have to worry about the bad thing bad pictures the system automatically work on it and all the drivers, all the owners they can check how many they make how much money they make on the app. It's perfect. I feel this system will change my life and change everyone's over here. It's 2022 well I feel very excited. I can't wait anymore I want to use it starting next week and everyone should all the dispatch, all the company should just join this group program and it's perfect. That system is awesome. Popperl.

Hi, my name is Brandon Mazenod. I'm an operations manager at ILS Inc. We're a freight forwarder and drayage company operating in the Long beach corridor. We've been here for 20 years. And, you know, Port Pro is a recent addition to our operation system that's really just allowed us to take our drayage to the next level. You know, it's been. It's been a really easy transition for our drivers, our dispatchers, and just the whole team in general. Before Port Pro, you know, we had paper everywhere. All the dos were coming in manually. You know, we were communicating with the customers manually. The schedule, you know, it was. We were working off of an Excel grid, and that was difficult for us, you know, but with Port Pro, I think what, what's really been help helpful is all the information that you have, you can put right into the system. You can put delivery orders, you can put, you know, schedule your drivers. And with the amount of time that we were saving on just working together with the drivers, it's made it so much easier for us to just focus on our business, you know, try to increase the amount of volume that we have for drayage and really just find, you know, just efficiencies that make everything work really easy. You know, another. Another part of this, this whole process is you're. You're working with steamship lines and terminals. And, you know, there's so many parts that you just. That are involved in this, this process. And, you know, Port Pro really helps us because at this point, we can go ahead and take a look at what the ETA is in the system. It's pulling it up with the steamship lines. You can see what the last three days are. And at a point when our dispatch, you know, working on. On tracking everything manually, it would take so much time. And this has just helped the process entirely. You guys customized all your colors? Yeah, it's helpful for us. You know, we. We know exactly, you know, where. What the load status is going to be for everything, you know, what's available. We prioritize that. We look at what's en route to be delivered to our customers, what's been dispatched, what's been dropped. We know exactly where every container is at every time. So there's full accountability. What's your favorite feature? My favorite feature is probably going to be the document archive that you guys have. It's, you know, we're taking the information, it goes right into the system. This right here is incredible for us. So you can see, you know, we go ahead we put the delivery order right in. When the trucker starts picking up, we get the eirs, we can get the signed delivery orders. We have full routing, so we have full accountability. I know exactly where my driver started, where the container is, what part of this whole process this container is at. And it's been really incredible for us. That is something that's just been so helpful to our team. Would you recommend Porch Pro to a friend? I would. You know, I have already. It's been. It's been helpful to us. I'm assuming it's going to be helpful to any drayage company that wants to move away from paper. They want to know where their drivers are at. They want to know exactly, you know, what the status of their container is. These are things that Port Pro helps you accomplish. And for. For any trucker that, you know, is struggling with those things, I think that Port Pro has really, you know, found that problem identified and they've. They've found a solution that's just been easy for us.

Hi everyone, My name is Bianca and I am the CEO of Jasmine Trunk Like Inc. Located here in Compton, California. What were some of the challenges you faced that made you decide it was time for Port Pro? To be honest, the main thing was that our team, because there was so much paperwork to do, were missing little things like accessorials to charge, like dry runs, splits, waiting time. I had clients hitting me up every day once the delivery was done, like, hey, I need the pods. I need, you know, the backup of this, the backup of that, and just wasting time on having to get that paper out. And basically just our growth. We grew a lot and we needed a system that can do certain things for us so we didn't have to hire more personnel to do that. And I've actually, I had actually been shopping for about two years now for softwares, but I hadn't find anything that was affordable for a small business and that could integrate accounting as well as QuickBooks to it without charging me a leg and an arm. So once Luis told me about Port Pro, I checked it out. The money made sense, the system made sense. So we're very excited to get this Port Pro going. I think the thing that we're excited most is to have dispatch and accounting and the drivers be in one system. The dispatchers are the only ones that know what's going on. And then accounting has to wait, you know, to see like, hey, this happened last night or there was a dry run or there was no chassis or whatever the situation was. Accounting was always last to know. The drivers were also, you know, turning in paperwork late. A lot of manifests weren't done right. You know, drivers could be missing, you know, waiting time accessorial. So to have all three teams in one will definitely make it a lot smoother to finish a container from beginning to end.

A little bit about me. So started off as a driver, then got into dispatch operations. I've done a little bit of everything. Owner, operator, and, you know, got open the doors. Now we're doing what we're doing. We got running two shifts, nine trucks of ours of our own. We also have owner operators as well. So the operation, small, but not as small as it used to be. So we're going pretty quick. So we needed a system to come in and help us grow. Current system that we were using a lot of glitches, so we decided to go with Port Pro. We shopped around, tried a Trinium, a few other ones I don't want to mention, you know, but definitely saw that Port Pro had exactly what we needed. You guys coming in here and breaking it down to the drivers. We had a good response from the drivers, I feel. And, you know, you guys answered their questions, even my questions. So you feel good about moving forward? I think it's gonna help the teams because not all the team is together. So CSR is kind of broken up a little bit. We're not all in the same office. Operations is here. Csr, for the most part, is in a different office. So I think we're gonna be able to unify a lot of the information, you know, the sharing of the information, but also allowing some of the customers to get involved, too. So I see this really coming in and really being an asset to us as a, like I said, for, you know, future growth. So we're excited to see what 4Pro brings to the table, you know, once we're rolling with wheels, you know, moving and, you know, and everything. So we're excited.
