So Zach has been a client of Powerhouses for a while now and we recommended him to liftify as his reputation management solution. So Zach, I'd love if you talked a little bit about how working with Powerhouse has been and kind of what led you to coming to us to then discover liftify and how that's been going. Yeah, so, I mean, working with Powerhouse has been great with us being fairly new to Service Titan and, and all of that, they've been very helpful with showing us little tips of the trade. And whenever they found out we weren't using Marketing Pro to its full potential and only for the reputation management, they suggested liftify and Mia and Jeanette got us in touch with Colin at liftify and I mean, it's been smooth sailing since. So we've been averaging anywhere from 15 to 17 reviews a month. And the very first month with Liftify we've got 70 reviews. So, you know, numbers speak for themselves. It's been great. I mean, as you can tell, From June of 25 to halfway through March, I think. I think, Colin, we started probably the last week of March, so I mean, we were probably sitting right around here and then we're about a third of the way in May and we've already surpassed everything that, that we've had prior to this. Before meeting and being connected with Powerhouse Consulting Group, ServiceTitan for us was, to say it nicely, a mess. We did not have control over our Pricebook. We did not have streamlined processes to be able to put estimates together, to put invoices together in the field for our technicians especially. So since doing that, not only have we been able to more efficiently bill our customers by our technicians being able to fill out their their own invoices with the materials used and the time spent on the job, but we've been able to more accurately create reports to more quickly create reports that are more accurate, reflecting more of what is really happening with our jobs out in the field. We are a commercial, residential and service oriented shop. So all three aspects of heating and air conditioning.
