I went from doing my best in managing scheduling in an Excel spreadsheet to using Resource Guru. What a huge improvement. It makes scheduling, and especially modifying the schedule an easy task. I refer to it at least 50 times per day. I recommend this to anyone tasked with keeping up a schedule for more than a couple of employees.

I like the most about Resource Guru its way of bringing us together to see where everyone is available in one place. It has really helped us with project planning with having this more straightforward resource allocation, eliminating of interscheduling overlaps. Especially, I really enjoy knowing for example who is working on which project so we don’t overwork anyone. In my experience, it is a flexible, versatile time management tool providing a quick visual reference of everyones' location and task, drill deeper for contact info, client details, equipment etc. Hierarchical access enables permissions to be tuned for edits and updates. Honestly, despite being a work tool, sometimes it felt like a game and it is incredibly satisfying to use it. Very feel softwares feel that intimate or that nice to use. Fore forecasting tools offered by Resource Guru are fantastic. It is easy to use and it is very interactive.
