The RTS blueprint has been of great benefit. As an athletic trainer we are at the forefront of deciding on when to return athletes to play safely. There is definitely a lack of training/education in the end stage of rehab before full RTS, this blueprint bridges that gap, and is a must have for all athletic trainers!

Sean does an excellent job distilling complex topics into clear, actionable concepts. The framework he presents is exceptionally well thought out and easily transferable to real-world clinical practice. This resource is absolutely worth the investment for any clinician working with athletes returning to sport. Thanks, Sean!

I have 24 years experience with outpatient orthopedics and see a multitude of patient ages and diagnoses. We do see high school athletes with injuries ranging from ankle sprains to ACL/meniscus repairs. The struggle I had was having a structured program or ideas for either return to sport or with the rehab of ACL patients in the 6-9 month stage. This course has great ideas that are broken down into simple tasks that can be incorporated early in the rehab process and expanded upon at the later stages. I've already implemented many of his ideas from his instagram and this course was extremely beneficial in giving me more confidence in treating athletes past the early to mid stages. I couldn't recommend this course more. It has great content that will build your repertoire and also get your athletes ready for return to play. You will know what to do to maximize their potential!

I have found the lens you view movement through to be incredibly helpful in organizing my thoughts and clinical reasoning. The frameworks provided help simplify the movements of sport and the qualities that make up those movements. Exceptional value for the high quality content provided.

I can't recommend the RTS Blueprint enough to coaches and clinicians. It’s exactly the type of course I wish had been available earlier in my career as a new grad. It connects key concepts from traditional orthopedic rehab and sports performance into a clear, comprehensive framework that’s easy to apply in daily practice. Your patients and athletes will benefit immediately as you begin integrating these concepts!

As a clinician who has been treating active adults in an out of network setting for around five years, this course has helped me to build and simplify my framework around plyometrics, change of direction, running mechanics and return to sport specifics. Although many courses out there weigh heavily on theoretical approaches, this course has practical application that you can take with you into the clinic the next day. I would recommend this to every clinician working in an outpatient setting and I think this will take your treatment to the next level. Your patients will notice the difference.

The value of this course is incredible. For the price, you simply can’t find anything better. It makes everything much simpler, especially return-to-sport decision-making. Instead of feeling like you’re guessing, you’ll have a clear, evidence-based framework to guide your decisions.

Hi, I'm Zeph. I'm a French PT working in a private clinic. I graduated two years ago, and have a huge interest in sport rehab and the strength and conditioning world. I loved the way Sean structured the RTS blueprint. It's so easy to get lost into thousands of different exercises, but breaking down rehab into Athletic patterns makes it much easier and intuitive. I would recommend this course to any PT willing to improve their level of care. This is a cheaper and efficient way to continuing education.

I am a PT with 15 years' experience with an OCS and CSCS and was still feeling a little lost with final phase return to sport. After taking this course I feel 100 times more confident in my ability to prepare my athletes for a safer return. The specificity of the blueprint and exercises were super helpful, and I recommend this course for any PT looking to have everything organized in one place. Thanks so much!

HIGHLY recommend to any/all coaches, not just PT’s! Sean presents the information in such a way that it is so easy to swallow for both coach AND the individual you’re working with, his language + knowledge blend make hard material so much easier to understand. Can’t recommend enough.
