Senja is simply awesome. They work hard providing a wide list of review integrations, showing how the company is built in public, and their constant presence with their customers to address bugs and bring in new features. They also innovate quickly with trends and release great free tools for evaluating reviews using AI and provide incentives to submit a review (such as Spin the Wheel). We're using the Starter and it's an affordable price for us.
