I switched to subtly a couple years ago and never looked back! The reason I love it is that I am not so good with technical issues and they always patiently help me figure out what I need, including sending videos. It is easy to update my needs and their customer service and support are The best. They reply quickly and in detail until I understand how to do what I need.
