My son has been doing strength and conditioning here for his judo and O M G the difference in his speed only in 1 month has been AMAZING! He LOVES training here, he gets along super great with Chris. I love that Chris not only teaches him what to do but is there for EVERY MOMENT AND EVERY REP so when his form starts to get bad Chris is on him and coaching him on how to do it properly. "Just show up"... The 3 words that changed my life. 1 year ago I walked in, terrified and completely out of my comfort zone. I joined under a "16 week challenge" I couldn't do most of the stations, but Chris took his time and worked within my limitations, modifying exercises for me as needed. As I got stronger, my confidence built, and each class I started believing in myself a bit more. Over the course of 1 year, I have lost over 50 lbs and completed a 30 obstacle 6 mile race! I could not have done it without Chris and the amazing gym family he has created. Everyone has been so supportive and encouraging, they have all helped me get my life back. Thank you Chris and Team Elite! JUST SHOW UP

Team Elite and Chris and Nieka are dedicated to helping each and every one of us from our level (whatever that might be) to our goals. We have trained there several years and the Variety of classes and levels he offers and his attention to detail he has removed all EXCUSES! I have a lot of metal in me and his training has allowed me to strengthen around the surgeries to have more confidence to live my life . If you have issues or problems or if you just want a solid and reliable committed trainer this is the answer! Team elite is for you ! The way I feel afterwards is exhilarating and he is very mindful of each of us in particular those of us with serious injuries. We are a family here and the only thing missing is YOU!!!

We are thrilled with the progress our son has made training with Chris during the off-season. From the very beginning, he has created a positive, encouraging environment that our son looks forward to each session. Since starting, we’ve already seen noticeable improvements in coordination, confidence, and movement. Chris consistently pushes our son beyond limits he didn’t even realize he was capable of reaching, helping him build both strength and confidence.
