What I really enjoy about the newsletter is seeing the properties that are off the beaten path. Helps me dream a bit, and at a manageable price point, so one day I can pull the trigger on these getaways. I haven't take steps to any purchases yet, but I could see myself doing so one day!
It certainly has been useful to us, helped us find some interesting properties, even though we haven't bought anything on the list... we did bid on one, but it went 20% over asking cash offer no contingencies! I've also advocated your list to a bunch of people who have some interest in short term rentals.
The offer sheet is like property porn. I love to see great deals daily from across the country that would take me forever to find on Zillow. I love the data offered for each short-term rental property especially the monthly expected cash flow and occupancy rate. It's a delight to receive the email every day.
The Offer Sheet is great! One of the few times a paid Instagram ad has been exactly what I was looking for. It's no-bs, easy to read, with VERY clear breakdowns on everything. No fine print to sift through. I'm in the process of going from a passive investor to trying to make a career out of it, and The Offer Sheet is just what I need.
I’m new to the real estate investing game, and I don’t fall for any of the BS that’s out there. The contents of The Offer Sheet get right to the point, and provide great overview to what’s hot in the market. Their insurance and short term rental mortgage advertisers have also been a huge help to me as I move forward purchasing my first investment property. A true hidden gem and an absolute must have for investors. Kudos for all the hard work, keep it up!
Hi! My husband and I love the Offer Sheet because we are always on the hunt for our next rental property! The Offer Sheet's daily email makes it easy to see cool properties across the country in places that we wouldn't think to look! It opens up the possibility to expand our portfolio by having a streamlined 10 or so properties per day in varied locations so we can hit the highlights without getting bogged down by choices. The Cash On Cash Calculator is an even better bonus making our decisions even quicker! Plus, they feature cool properties from cabins to geodomes and everything in between. I look forward to receiving this email every day!
It's hard to cut through the noise in business. Rather than offer high-level, broad guidance leaving inexperienced or busy folks to their own devices, The Offer Sheet cuts right to the chase. Not only do they provide substantial content to use with your own properties (e.g., communication templates) but more importantly for someone trying to build a business with multiple properties they provide on a daily basis some of the most intriguing properties on the market. For me, it's saved several hours of me sourcing late at night. I've made an offer on a property The Offer Sheet sent in their newsletter, and hoping to get it under contract soon. Sure, you still need to do your own market, and property analysis but this newsletter drops into that stage faster than anything I've been able to do on my own. Thank you, Alex!
