“You know, when we dove into the numbers, there were some surprises there, I would say. I mean, overall, it's kind of what we expected. You know, I feel like that we have, you know, 200 customers because we sell to 200 customers regularly, but in reality we have a thousand customers. You know, we have a lot of customers that just purchase small amounts or one time. And, you know, I really don't factor those into my thinking day to day. But looking at the data has kind of opened my eyes to we are using resources to service business that is not really helping us with our profitability.”
