Self implementing this would have been very difficult as, you know, you're working through culture changes as well as other things. The team that we had that came in was absolutely excellent, did a great job walking us through everything that a lot of patience as we learned it and went through all the different aspects. And it's been a very successful implementation largely due to that team.”
