Within a week, we had setup TidyHQ. It allows us to run our cycling events, and it was also good for communications. Now we use it for posting events, sending out newsletters and emails, arranging meetings, and it has a list of policies.

We needed a system that could uplift our capability to manage our contacts, events, finances, meetings, memberships, and tasks all in one place. TidyHQ is a massive win for our committee, saving us time and effort, and I highly recommend it for any sporting organisation.

It is the best package you will find anywhere to run a club or community based organisation. The functions as listed in your post are simple straightforward easy to set up and for members to use. There isn't anything close to Tidy HQ when performing these functions amongst many others.

TidyHQ allowed us to migrate across the website and that email domain across to Tidy. We then incorporated everything into TidyHQ, which made it a hell of a lot easier for us to run the club. What we did was essentially get all of our committee members to input stuff. The reliance on somebody skilled in IT was removed. It meant we could have a club that was run efficiently and effectively across all different people in our committee, and it's been a godsend.

We've been using TidyHQ for about 10 years for our social group that supports fine arts programs in San Antonio, Texas. It's been great for collecting member dues, managing luncheon events (email promotions, reservations, and ticket collection), and our annual gala. We also utilize the meetings module for board meetings, including invitations, agendas, and minutes. Happy to chat! 😊

Curtin Association of Medical Students (CAMS), my role is Secretary. A challenge I once faced was people buying tickets and having multiple emails, TidyHQ allowed me to merge everyone's accounts so there weren't duplicated. I like how it is a central hub for our organisation as it includes members, Merch, events. For all clubs especially ones run by students/younger people I would recommend this resource as it is so easy to navigate yet really detailed about the info it holds.

Newcastle Paragliding Club Inc Our club looks after the local area of Newcastle and Surrounds ( Hunter Valley) in helping Paragliding pilots fly safely in the area. We appreciate and use the minutes with meetings and connects with Zoom, this is a great tool and has so many features, we also love the finance tools as our Treasurer uses this when we do the minutes each month. I have already referred TidyHQ to a few other clubs and they are already in the process of ordering the same as our club. We love the ease of use to build the website as well as all the extra benefits of emails and follow up emails. We love the feature to send out to all our members an email with the minutes of the meeting held monthly. TidyHQ is a great tool for the many associations and clubs Australia wide. Thanks for all you do and look forward to how it will look in the future.

• North Balwyn Bowls Club was established 76 years ago, and our main focus is playing Bowls. We also have a large group of social members who come to play and learn the game of Bridge. We have a membership base of just under 400 people. • This year TidyHQ enabled the smooth transition of our data from our previous platform(s), and our recent annual membership renewal was an efficient and time saving process. • A few of our older members found using TidyHQ to pay membership fees a bit of a challenge but we are working with them so they understand how easy it can be. • Having a system that can handle our club documents, processes, communications, events and so much more all in one place is a massive benefit to the NBBC management group and members now and in the future. • Yes, I would refer TidyHQ to someone else. To have all club records both current & historical all in one place just make so much sense.

I am the Secretary/Treasurer of a small club in SA called, The Demons Club. The 32 members raise money for an Aussie Rules Football Club. When I took over as Secretary, several years ago, the administrative functions were all on different systems, ranging from manual to partial software. Nobody had considered an integrated solution. I took on the role and immediately set up Tidy because I had dabbled with it, and it was a perfect fit. Just the membership and meeting invitation system with a reply process was a giant leap. No more email and texts to see who is coming to meetings and easy dissemination of info via the email system. And of course, the financial bits are much better than a spreadsheet. Reports are done in seconds. Any club can and should be using TidyHQ because it is fully integrated. It was so easy that I soon became the Treasurer as well. Did I mention how good the support is? Fast response and very helpful humans. The staff are fantastic. I would recommend Tidy HQ to any Club. Gerry

Textile Art and Mixed Media Inc (TAAMMI) As treasurer of our group for the last 5 years I have used the Finance section of Tidy extensively and found it to be very useful for supplying reports to the group and keeping tabs on our budget for the year. Bev Bush who was a member of our group for many years and employed by your company was instrumental in getting the group onto the system and tutoring in the use of it. Help section is useful providing you know the correct terminology to use to ask your question. Automatic update of membership is excellent -makes for ease of following up with members if they have forgotten to renew their membership. Being able to manually enter memberships is particularly useful as some of our members are not computer literate and prefer to pay their membership with cash. I do feel the email system needs to be improved i.e. when a member deletes an email it is only deleted in their in box not the groups. Could 1 person be designated as the keeper of the email so that when something was deleted by them it disappeared for everyone?

We are Emmanuel South Oakleigh Cricket Club, based in Melbourne Australia and offering cricket to the local community. This year is our 70th! TidyHQ is a Game-changer Meetings - Before, it was the hand-hacked Word docs for agendas and Minutes, usually transcribed from the notes taken at the meeting, or edited on the fly in the meeting. Maybe came out a few days later, but no automated task lists! Meetings in TidyHQ are as simple as creating a New Meeting and setting your agenda as line items with time frames and personnel attached to the items for action, discussion or noting. Sharing the meeting with invitees is done in a snap, and once the meeting is started, you fill in the notes areas of the agenda item, assign follow-up tasks and move to the next items in the meeting. Your minutes are virtually ready as soon as the meeting is concluded and can be shared straight away. No more last-minute or late-night, minute typing! Tasks are sent as reminders to the assigned members. Brilliant! Whilst we haven't done it yet, you can also set up Zoom meetings for those times when we don't have access to our Club rooms. Love it! That's just Meetings! Mark Thornhill Club Secretary
