“Hi, my name is Jessica Robson. I met Tony Bouchion at a heroic workshop facilitator training. He kindly invited me to walk through a fair door. And it was after that experience that I realized that I needed that kind of push. And I was very interested in the way Tony presented himself and the way he listened and responded to people. During my coaching experience with Tony, the best thing that I've learned is that I make the rules to my game. Everything that is out there, whether that's through heroic or any other types of things, they're the guardrails, they're kind of, they frame the game but each person sets their own rules and chooses how they're going to go about what they're doing so you can make the game your own. And the big important thing is that once you decide on what the rules are, you have to commit and you have to do the work and so then it doesn't matter if you want to or not. And so it could be little things that really had a huge impact on my life and unlocked kind of making it easier to grow. The other really amazing thing that I got from, I've learned from Tony is he's, he is amazing at watching for your self sabotaging actions. You know, what is, what is the thing that will distract you and lead you astray and he'll call you out on them in a really very perfect way. He's, he asks you to consider and, and think that through. But I love that he can see that. It feels like you have someone there who knows you really well because they're watching from the outside but they understand what you want and what you're going after and what you've already know that you need to look out for. So I'm really grateful for Tony. I enjoy him as a human and I'm like just love his, his coaching style. So I think he's great. Thanks.”
