I have had the pleasure of having Zack as my student several years ago; and also working with him in the capacity of a client in the recent past. In all my professional experience, I can honestly say that I rarely met an individual as unique as him. As a student, he was remarkably mature for his age. Not surprisingly, he started a consulting business soon after he graduated and has been able to grow it steadily. I had the great pleasure of working for Zack as an apprentice to fulfill my MBA program requirement. He is absolutely an amazing person and a great leader. I have three main takeaways/best practices from working for him. The first is to try my best to have fun and enjoy life even when there's a lot of pressure. I believe that's why he is able to constantly give out positive energy to others. The second is to celebrate victories. Every morning we will have a short team meeting and it starts with sharing our victories from the day before and three goals for the day. By prioritizing the top three things that we are going tackle for the day will keep people focused on what’s important and get things done. The third takeaway is to act fast. It is critical for startup companies to have to ability to pivot and look for new ways to improve. And Zack is always open to new ideas and not afraid of trying new things. Therefore, I highly recommend Zack.

I've had the privilege of knowing Zack for a number of years, and I have always been impressed with his entrepreneurial zeal, business acumen, creativity, and most importantly, character. I was always amazed at his tireless pursuit of excellence which was matched only by his compassionate heart to help others.
