Brandon personalized a training program for our daughter that took her diving to the next level. He was consistent and offered positive feedback that contributed to her overall development. He made training enjoyable and worked with her every step of the way.

Brandon has done a great job with personalizing my programs for what I needed most. I used to have pretty consistent knee pain and his programs have help that almost disappear completely. The app he uses is easy and each exercise has videos attached to explain each movement. I really value how each program is tailored to my goals. 10/10 recommend to people no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
DDC has been working with Brando going into our second year now. He has improved all of our divers strength, mobility and preventing injuries. What I love the most is that we do monthly checks on what the program needs to make the divers safer and make sure we help the longevity of the divers career. I cant wait to continue to work with him. I would highly recommend him to any group, team or individual for training.

The programs have been easy to follow, including videos of all exercises, and are tailored to our teams' specific needs. Brandon has always been available via text or call to talk about workouts, issues that arise, and talk through our upcoming schedule to make sure he's in line with our needs.
