I first heard Andrew Jevin speak at my first COMPASS REtreat {post-covid}. Social media {specifically instagram} was a new-ish thing. There was something intriguing about the way he spoke. Not from a high horse {like many successful agents} but on the same level, as a friend. He is very real, raw, and authentic. Being part of his community encouraged us to be just that. I love being part of the Known community because it gives me the opportunity every week to hear from real estate agents from around the country. We can celebrate the wins, learn from the lows, and most importantly create accountability with one another to keep showing up on social media--something that I probably wouldn't do nearly as much as I do if I didn't have these colleagues cheering me on. Being new to social media , learning was a challenge, but knew it was an important part of real estate career that I could not ignore. Having first met Andrew in Hawaii at a company meeting I was impressed with his desire to share his love and expertise of creating on online presence for work and community. Joining Known and having Andrew's coaching on all things social media has been literally THE BEST investment I have ever made in my business. There have been two pivotal moments in my real estate career that changed my trajectory for the better. The first was joining Compass as a solo agent.
