Women in Tech Uzbekistan has truly inspired me by creating a strong and supportive community of women in technology. I participated in Women in Tech Youth Meetup 2. It was an inspiring and insightful experience. I especially valued the honest discussions about career challenges and professional growth. The event gave me new motivation and strengthened my confidence to be more visible and active in the tech community.

Joining WomenInTech has been one of the best decisions of my life. Through this community, I’ve met so many inspiring, kind, and like-minded people who constantly motivate me to grow — both professionally and personally. Most importantly, WomenInTech gives us the opportunity to support girls and women like ourselves in discovering their potential, building confidence, and creating their own paths. I recently joined the WIT team, and I am incredibly happy about it, because before that I couldn’t even imagine that I would become part of such an organization. It is also important to mention that in just two years since its establishment, the team has accomplished so much in the field of IT development among girls and has engaged more than 2,000 people. I am truly proud to be part of this organization and to represent my country on a global level in the future.

Uzbek females are true entrepreneurs! I had the honor of running a mini-hackathon with Women in Tech Uzbekistan for the ambitious female wannabe entrepreneurs. The level of engagement and creativity shocked me. It taught me that just a bit of courage, right instruction, and environment are all needed to let them be confident to build stuff. Confidence comes with hands-on experience. Love to see Women in Tech Uzbekistan being the front-runner in empowering women to be confident, build, and grow!

I had a great experience working with a wonderful person - Anna Ambrozevich when she was a Strategy Leader in IT Community of Uzbekistan. I got a lot of very useful and valuable advice and insights from her. She always believe in me and supported me every time. One of Women in Tech projects where I participated as a coordinator was Women in Tech Awards 2024. That was a great time. I always remember those moments and I wish Anna all the best in leading Women in Tech and if course I believe that Women in Tech will develop further and we as IT community of Uzbekistan will always support you.

I give my love to this movement. To the people who stand behind it — our team, our partners, the global community, and the incredible supporters in Uzbekistan who make everything possible. Over these two years, what has meant the most to me is witnessing how people truly support one another and build something meaningful together when united by kind and purposeful goals. In a world where so much feels uncertain, this movement has reminded me how powerful humanity, solidarity, and mutual support can be. I am grateful to Women in Tech — above all — for the people. And I will continue doing my part to protect and grow this spirit.

What you do is inspirational. We should all look up to you-what you teach, how you teach and how it influences the community and people. For example, it influenced me! I went to a meeting held by WomeninTech, honestly I didn't like it at all! So I complained. Instead of getting into trouble - they offered me to become a volunteer! THAT WAS SO UNEXPECTING, but now I understand - that their goal is to improve and help. I applied and got accepted! So now MY goal is to help the community aswell. Hopefully what we will be doing will help the world. The world is SO beautiful and I want to help be showing it's beauty. I wish everyone peace

Celebrating two years of Woman In Tech, Uzbekistan feels truly special. Although it hasn’t been long since I joined as an ambassador, this journey has already transformed me in so many ways. In my community in Fergana, I discovered a deeper sense of purpose and passion, which inspired me to organize workshops and create meaningful spaces for learning and connection. Being part of this chapter has given me invaluable experience, powerful networking opportunities, and the joy of witnessing positive change happen around me. These two years are not just a milestone; they are a reminder that even small initiatives can create real impact when driven by passion and community spirit. Happy 2-year anniversary 💙

Dear Women in Tech Uzbekistan, From the very beginning, we were changing the lives of young women across the country. We started as a small yet deeply dedicated team with a clear goal. But even back then, we were already making an impact that few could. We moved forward with small, confident steps. Thanks to this approach and the incredible people we had — and still have — on the team, we have managed to grow this much! I will always be grateful to Anna Ambrozevich for her guidance, and to all the girls who were and still are part of our team. Together, we are shaping the future of our country and making the world a better place for generations to come. This team gave me the space to grow and develop both as a professional and as a person. Now, in turn, I want to contribute even more with the knowledge and experience I have gained over these two wonderful years. Many thanks!

Happy 2 Years, Women in Tech Uzbekistan 🎉💙 I joined community even before the official launch, simply out of curiosity to try something new. Two years ago, we made the decision to launch the Women in Tech chapter in Uzbekistan, becoming part of a powerful global community and bringing its mission closer to women here. We started as a small team with big energy and a clear intention: to create space, visibility, and opportunities for women and girls in STEAM. Step by step came the first initiatives, the first partners, the first collaborations and it grew into a strong, vibrant community. For me, Women in Tech Uzbekistan is about people: • Team that shares the same vision and supports each other. • Partners who believe in the mission and build this journey with us. • Women and girls who begin to see bigger possibilities for themselves. I’m truly grateful to be part of it💙 And excited about the impact we continue to create together.

Women in Tech Uzbekistan has inspired me in a very real and personal way. When I first joined as a volunteer, I was honestly a bit unsure what to expect, but I was welcomed so warmly that I immediately felt like part of the community. That first experience already showed me how intentional the team is about creating a safe and supportive space. During the meetups, I consistently felt support and genuine appreciation from both the organizers and participants. It never felt formal or distant more like a group of people who truly want to see each other grow. One moment that especially impacted me was the #IamRemarkable session. It helped me reflect on my own achievements and speak about them more confidently, which was not always easy for me before. Since then, I’ve noticed a real shift in how I present myself professionally and how openly I share my work. Overall, my experience has been very positive and meaningful not just inspiring in words, but actually influencing my confidence and professional mindset.

On behalf of the Fintech Association of Uzbekistan, I would like to personally congratulate the incredible community of Women in Tech Uzbekistan on your 2nd anniversary. Two years may seem like a short time, but what you have built is truly meaningful. You have created not just a professional network, but a safe space where women support each other, grow together, and dare to step into technology, leadership, and innovation with confidence. As your partner, we have witnessed firsthand the passion, resilience, and generosity that define this community. Every event, every mentorship session, every conversation you initiate contributes to a larger cultural shift — one where women are not just participants in tech, but leaders shaping its future. For us at the Fintech Association of Uzbekistan, this partnership is not only strategic — it is deeply aligned with our values. We believe in inclusion, in opportunity, and in the power of women to transform industries. Women in Tech Uzbekistan embodies all of that. Thank you for your courage, your consistency, and your vision. Thank you for inspiring the next generation of girls to believe that technology belongs to them too.
