I'm Sudhanshu Mishra, SVP of Engineering at Cityflo, a bus commute service for office-goers in India. We use Youform for the surveys our riders see inside the app: a daily NPS pulse, a churn survey for riders who stop commuting, and planning our fleet around festivals.
We migrated to Youform from Typeform. It cost us a fraction of what we were paying, and it had almost every feature we actually used: hidden fields, webhooks, conditional logic, and clean mobile rendering. The migration took a day, and our riders never noticed the switch.
What I love is how little we had to build on our side. Hidden fields carry our customer ID and campaign through the form, and the webhook lands every submission in our database within seconds. One endpoint handles all three forms, and Youform's retries mean we never lose a response.
Our churn survey auto-attributes more than 95% of responses back to the exact rider and the week they stopped riding, which is the data our ops team had been missing for years. Setting up a new form and wiring it to our backend now takes an afternoon instead of a sprint.
